- VERFAIIREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG HQHLRAUMBILDENDER FALT JALOUSI EN Die Erfindung betrifft die Verbindung von Stegflächen mit Seitenwänden von Hohlraumbildenden Falt;jalousien mit Hilfe von Schweißverfahren. Die Patentanmeldung ist eine Zusatzanmel dung zur Zusatzanmeldung P 29 23 233.5'sowie zur Hauptanmel= dung P 29 04 533.S Es ist bekannt, Folien nach dem Schweißverfahren miteinander zu verbinden. Probleme die bei der Verschweißung der Seiten= wände mit den Stegflächen einer Hohlraumbildenden Faltjalousie auftreten bestehen darin, daß infolge einer Wärmeleitfähigkeit das Foliensandwich über den gesamten Querschnitt verschweißt wird, d.h., daß die auf der anderen Seite der Stegfläche ge legene Seitenwandung mit verschweißt wird. Daher ist eine be= sondere Trennschicht erforderlich, die zwischen die Stegflächen und die jonseitige Seitenwandung geführt wird. Eine derartige Trennschicht stellt unter dem Gesichtspunkt der ~aschieranlagen herstellung eine besondere Schwierigkeit dar, da zusätzliche Abwicklungen und Führungemechanismen für die Trennschicht er= forderlich sind.
- Die Erfindung hat sich daher zur Aufgabe gestellt, die Folien bzw. die Stegflächen so auszubilden, daß besondere Trennschich= ten zur Vermeidung des'DurchschweiBens' entbehrlich sind.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Stegflächen aus mindestens zwei Schichten von Materialien mit unterschiedlichem Temperaturverhelten aufgebaut sind.
- Da alle Schweißverfahren auf einem Schmelzprozeß beruhen, ist durch die Wahl von Folien mit unterschiedlichen Schmelzpunkten ein 'Durchschweißen' zu verhindern, indem der Schmelzpunkt der Folie einer Seitenwandung mit der zugehörigen Stegflächenseite niedriger und der Schmelzpunkt der anderen Seitenwandung mit der zugehörigen Stegflächenseite höher gewählt wird. Die Seiten= wandungen selbst können als Verbundfolie aus unterschiedlichen Kunststoffen hergestellt sein, solange die verschweißbaren Korn= takt flächen bezüglich ihres Temperaturverhalten8 zusammongehdrig sind.
- Weitere Möglichkeiten durch den Folienverbund mit Schichten unterschiedlichen Temperaturverhaltens ein'Durchschweißen' zu verhindern,bestehen erstens in einer wärmeableitenden und zwein tens in einer wärmeisolierenden Schicht als innere Schicht zwischen den zu verschweißenden Kunststoffschichten der Stegfl8= chen, Im ersten Fall wird das Durchschweißen durch Ableitung der wärme in einer Metallschicht z.B, in einer Aluminiumfolie oder einer aufgedampften Metallschicht , im zweiten Fall durch eine Isolierschicht wie z.B. Papier oder Karton verhindert.
- Weitere erfindungswesentliche Details werden an Hand der Figuren beschreibung erlautert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Faltjalousie als Foliensandwich mit Stegflächen aus zwei Folienschichten unterschiedlicher Schmelzpunkte Fig. 2 eine Faltjalousie als Foliensandwich mit Stegflächen aus drei Folienschichten mit einer inneren, metallic schen Schicht.
- Fig. 3 Kaschier- und Schweißverfahren der Faltjalousie Figur 1 zeigt das Foliensandwich, wie es in der Kaschieranlage hergestellt wird. Es besteht aus den zwei strahlungsdurch= lässigen Seitenwandflächen 1o und 11 sowie den Stegflächen 13.
- Die Stegflächen 13 sind aus Folien 14 und 15 mit unterschied lichen Schipelzpunkten hergestellt. Derartige Folien sind z,B,aus Polycarbonat und Polypropylen hergestellt, wobei Jeweils die mit den Seitenwandflächen zu verklebenden Stegflächenteile 1o und 14 bzw. -11 und 15 aus dem gleichen Material bestehen, Das Material mit dem höheren Schmelzpunkt wird zuerst verschweißt, Die Seitenwandfläche mit dem niedrigerem Schmelzpunkt wird in nerhalb der Kaschieranlage erst hinter der ersten Schweißstelle zugeführt. Die Schweißungen 16 sind nahtförmig, flächenför= mig oder punktuell ausgeführt.
- Figur 2 stellt das Folie andwich mit dreilagigen Stegflbchen dar. Die mittlere Schicht ist eine Metallechicht, die die Wärmeverteilt und ableitet. Es ist besonders vorteilhaft, die mittlere Schicht aus einer Aluminiumfolie herzustellen, da diese erstens als Reflektor ausgebildet werden kann und zweis tens als Aussteifung der Stegflitchen dient, Auf diese Weise können die Kunststoffschichten sehr dünn ausgebildet werden.
- Die Kaschierung der Aluminiumfolie wird durch Aufziehen von fertigen Folien oder durch Extrusionsbeschichtung vorgenommen.
- Wie bereits erwähnt kann, die mittlere Schicht 20 auch eine isow lierende Schicht sein. Ein besonders vorteilhaftes Verfahren besteht darin, durch die Verwendung von papierkaschierten Alu= miniumfolien, eine wärmeleitende und eine isolierende Schicht zu verwenden. Zusätzlich können Folien unterschiedlicher Schmelz punkte eingesetzt werden.
- Figur 3 stellt ein Prinzipschema der Kaschierung dar. Von dor Rolle 21 wird eine erste Seitenwandfolie 22 abgerollt und an der Schweißstelle 23 mit den Stegflächen 24 verschweißt. Es wird dann von einer Rolle 25 die zweite Seitenwandfolie 26 zu= geführt und an der Sctiweißstelle 27 verschweißt. Anschließend wird das fertige Foliensandwich auf die Rolle 28 aufgewickelt oder direkt zugeschnitten.
- Um einen einfachen und exakten Zuschnitt und Zuführung der Steg= flächen zu ermöglichen, werden diese von einer einzigen Rolle 29 abgerollt und vor dem Verschweißen durch Messer 30 in Strei= fen geschnitten.
- Die Schweißung erfolgt in Abhängigkeit von den verwendeten Kunst: stoffolien im Wärmekontaktschweißverfahren, nach dem Wärmeim pulsschweißverfahren, nach dem Hochfrequenzschweißverfahren oder nach dem Ultraschallschweißverfahren.
- Zusammenfassung: Die Zusatzanmeldung betrifft den Folienaufbau einer im Kaschier= verfahren hergestellten Hohlraumbildenden Faltjalousie, durch den ein gezieltes Verschweißen von zwei Schichten innerhalb eines vieischichtigen Folienaufbaus ermöglicht wird. Die er= findungsgemäße Lösung dieser Aufgabe liegt in der Verwendung von Folien unterschiedlicher Schmelzpunkte und/oder in einer wärmeleitenden oder isolierenden Trennschicht innerhalb der Stegfläche.
Claims (1)
- VERFMIREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG HOHLRAUNSILDENDER FALTJALOUSIEN PATENTANSPRÜCHE: Verbindung von Stegflächen mit Seitenwänden von Hohlraum= bildenden Faltjalousien mit Hilfe von Schweißverfahren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stegflächen aus mindes= tens zwei Schichten von Materialien mit unterschiedlichem Temperaturverhalten aufgebaut sind.2. Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dedurch gekennzeichnet, daß,die Stegflächen aus mindestens zwei Folien mit unterschied= lichen Schmelzpunkten hergestellt sind. (Fig. 1) 3. anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, deß die Stegflächen als Foliensandwich mit einer zwischen zwei strahlungsdurchlässig ausgebildeten Folien angeordneten wärmeleitenden und/oder isolierenden Schicht ausgebildet sind. (Fig. 2) 4. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Hohlraumbildenden Faltja= lousie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschweißung in einer Kaschieranlage vorgenommen wird, in der die einzel= nen Folien von der Rolle abgewickelt und zum Verschweißen zusammengeführt werden. (Fig. 3) 5. Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Kaschierung von Rolle auf Rolle gearbeitet wird.6. Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stegflächen hinter der Abwickelstation und vor dem Ver= schweißen in einzelne, streifenförmige Flächen getrennt werden.7. Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprü= che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißung nach dem Wärmekontakt-, nach dem Wärmeimpuls-, nach dem Hochfrequenz-oder nach dem Ultraschall-Schweißverfahren durchgeführt wird.
