Description
The invention relates to a pipe guide through the containment shell of a nuclear reactor plant with the features according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Such a pipe routing is known from DE-AS 25 31 168. There, a so-called product pipe is laid between the nuclear steam generation system arranged within a containment shell and the turbines and auxiliary systems provided outside this containment shell. Since hot media usually flow in these pipes, measures must be taken when routing the product pipes through the containment shell to ensure that any thermal stresses between the product pipe and the containment shell are compensated. According to Fig. 2 of this DE-AS 25 31 168, compensators are attached to an intermediate piece welded to the containment shell and with their ends remote from the containment shell to the product pipe itself. The product pipe is apparently supported in a sliding manner on the intermediate piece in order to enable longitudinal movement of the product pipe.
The design has the disadvantage that an inspection or periodic inspection of the product pipe area covered by the expansion joints and the intermediate piece is not possible or only possible with difficulty. This would require, for example, the connection leading from the expansion joint to the product pipe to be removed, which can usually only be done by flame cutting.
Furthermore, a pipe inlet into a double-walled container is known from DE-AS 11 14 677. However, a compensator to compensate for thermal expansion is only provided between the pipe and the container wall. A compensator connection passing through the wall is not mentioned there.
Die Aufgabe besteht darin, eine Rohrführung durch eine Sicherheitshülle einer Kernreaktoranlage so zu gestalten, daß der zwischen Produktrohr und Kompensatoren verbleibende Ringraum einer wiederkehrenden Prüfung zugänglich istThe task is to design a pipe routing through a containment shell of a nuclear reactor plant in such a way that the annular space remaining between the product pipe and the expansion joints is accessible for periodic inspection
This object is achieved by the features characterized in patent claim 1.
The compensators are therefore only connected to the product pipe in the area of the casing opening with the ring arrangement according to the invention interposed. The space between the product pipe and the compensators is fully accessible for recurring inspection or visual inspection up to the ring to which the compensators are attached.
In order to make welding between the compensator and the ring more advantageous, the ring has a double-T cross-section.
An embodiment of the pipe guide according to the invention is described below using a schematic drawing.
In the containment shell 1 of a nuclear reactor plant (not shown), there is a shell opening 2 into which a shell nozzle 3 is welded. The shell nozzle itself is a welded construction consisting of several ring-shaped parts 3 a , 3 b and 3 c . A product pipe 4 , through which hot media such as steam or water flow, is arranged inside the shell nozzle, specifically coaxially to it. The product pipe is continued via the welded extension 4 a . In the area of the shell opening 2 , a ring 5 is welded into the product pipe 4 , which has a double-T cross-section and projects into the annular space between the product pipe 4 and the shell nozzle 3. A compensator 7 is welded to the projecting ends 6 of the outer ring diameter and is connected to another compensator 7 a via the weld seam 8 . With its free end 9, the compensator 7 a is welded to the part 3 c of the casing nozzle 3. The part 3 c acts as a spacer and, together with the ring 5, ensures that the compensators extend parallel to the product pipe or casing nozzle. The casing nozzle and compensators thus form a closed compensator chamber which can be pressurized or evacuated via the nozzles 10. The free annular space remaining between the product pipe and the compensator is used for periodic testing and for inspecting the inside of the compensator, the product pipe 4 , the ring 5 and all weld seams in this area. The product pipe 4 with the welded-in ring 5 , the compensators 7, 7a and a part 3c of the casing nozzle 3 form a prefabricated assembly part which only has to be connected to the casing nozzle on site by two assembly seams 11 and 12 .
The pipe routing according to the invention is fully accessible for periodic testing and inspection, i.e. without prior dismantling of a compensator. In addition, installation is simple and time-saving.
