Die Seiltrommel 44 weist zwei Aufnahmen 46 auf, in welche Befestigungsnippel 48 von Zugorganen 22eingehängt sind. Das Gehäuse 18 weist Schlitze 50 auf, durch welche die Zugorgane 22 aus dem Gehäuse herausgeführt sind. Die Zugorgane 22 sind Drahtseile. Diese Drahtseile sind zu Schlaufen 52 geschlossen, welche in die Haken 24 gemäß Fig. 1 eingehakt werden. Das topfförmige Gehäuse 18 ist durch einen Boden 56 (Fig. 5) geschlossen. Der Boden kann mit den gleichen Befestigungsmitteln an dem Gehäuse 18 befestigt werden die zur Befestigung des Gehäuses 18 an dem Schuh dienen. In der Stellung der Fig. 4 werden die beiden Zugorgane 22 annähernd gleichmäßig eingezogen.
