Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Wischvorrichtung nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruches. Es ist schon eine Wischvorrichtung bekannt, bei der der Wischarm in Richtung seiner Erstreckung in den Aufnahmekanal des Kupplungsstückes hineingesteckt wird. Die zulässigen Toleranzen zwischen dem Wischerarmende und dem Aufnahmekanal müssen dabei relativ eng gehalten werden, damit die Montage - also das Einbringen des Wischarmendes in den Aufnahmekanal - nicht durch einen unzulässig hohen Kraftaufwand erschwert wird. Darüber hinaus wird durch die übliche Konizität des Aufnahmekanales - die zum Entfernen des Formkernes notwendig ist - die Führung zwischen Wischerarm und Wischblatt beeinträchtigt, weil die Kanalbreite dem äußersten Ende des Wischerarms angepaßt werden muß.The invention is based on a wiper device according to the preamble of the main claim. Die erfindungsgemäße Wischvorrichtung mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Hauptanpruches hat demgegenüber den Vorteil, daß der Wischarm lediglich um das Maß seiner Dicke in den als Wischarmführung dienenden Aufnahmekanal eingebracht werden muß. Für eine problemlose Montage des Wischarms in den Aufnahmekanal - die quer zu dessen Längserstreckung erfolgt - genügt die in Montagerichtung vorhandene Konizität im Aufnahmekanal des üblicherweise gespritzten Formlinges, welche zur Verbesserung der Entformung obligatorisch ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Wischvorrichtung weist einen angetriebenen Wischarm 10 auf, an dessen freiem Endabschnitt 12 ein Wischblatt 14 angelenkt ist. Wie insbesondere aus der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Betriebsstellung der Wischvorrichtung ersichtlich ist, sind in dieser Stellung der Wischarm 10 und das Wischblatt 14 nebeneinander angeordnet. Zur Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen dem Wischarm 10 und dem Wischblatt 14 ist an einer Gelenkachse 16 (Fig. 3) des Wischblatts 14 ein aus Kunststoff gefertigtes Kupplungsstück 18 angelenkt. Das Kupplungsstück 18 greift mit einem Befestigungsteil 20 zwischen mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Wangen 22 und 24 eines zum Wischblatt gehörenden Gestellteiles 26, in denen die Gelenkachse 16 gehalten ist. Das Befestigungsteil 20 ist mit federnd auslenkbaren Lappenpaaren 28 und 30 versehen, mittels denen das Kupplungsstück 18 schwenkbar auf die Gelenkachse 16 aufgerastet ist. Von dem Befestigungsteil 20 aus ragt ein einstückig mit dem Befestigungsteil 20 verbundener Verbindungssteg 32 über die Wange 24 des Gestellteiles 26, wo es in ein neben dem Gestellteil 26 liegendes Aufnahmeteil 34 übergeht. Das Befestigungsteil 20 bildet zusammen mit dem Verbindungssteg 32 und dem Aufnahmeteil 34 das Kupplungsstück 18. Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, ist das Aufnahmeteil 34 im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet. Es weist also zwei im wesentlichen zueinander parallele und mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Schenkelwände oder Seitenwände 36 und 38 auf. Diese beiden Seitenwände 36 und 38 sind durch eine Steg- oder Basiswand 40 miteinander verbunden (Fig. 3). Das Aufnahmeteil 34 hat also einen im Querschnitt dreiseitig umschlossenen Aufnahmekanal 42, dessen Breite und Form der Breite und der Form des Endabschnittes 12 des Wischarms 10 angepaßt ist.The wiping device according to the invention has a driven wiper arm 10 , to whose free end section 12 a wiper blade 14 is articulated. Diesen Ansätzen 44 und 46 sind in den Seitenwänden 36 und 38 angeordnete nutartige Aussparungen 48 und 50 zugeordnet, welche zu der von der Basiswand 40 abgewandten Seite hin randoffen sind. Der Aufnahmekanal 42 ist so tief, daß der Endabschnitt 12 des Wischarms 10 nirgends über die Seitenwände 36 und 38 hinausragen, wenn der Endabschnitt 12 in Richtung des Pfeiles 52 in den Aufnahmekanal eingesetzt worden ist. Um ein unbeabsichtigtes Herauswandern des Wischarmes aus dem Aufnahmekanal zu verhüten, ist dieser in einem Teilbereich mit einer Platte 54 abgedeckt. Diese Anordnung ist insbesondere aus Fig. 4 ersichtlich. Durch die dem Verlauf der Wischarmkontur angepaßte Ausbildung des Aufnahmekanals 42 sind die Seitenwände 36 und 38 des Aufnahmekanals 42 niedriger als dies in Fig. 3 der Fall ist. Die Seitenwände 36 und 38 sind an ihren der Platte 54 zugewandten Enden mit im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzförmigen Lappen 56 und 58 versehen, denen im Querschnitt ebenfalls schwalbenschwanzförmige Nuten 60 und 62 in der Platte 54 zugeordnet sind. Die Nuten 60 und 62 sind wenigstens einseitig randoffen, so daß die Platte 54 zum Abdecken des Aufnahmekanals 42 auf die Lappen 56 und 58 aufgeschoben werden kann. Soll nun das Wischblatt 14 von dem Wischarm 10 abgenommen werden, muß zunächst die Platte 54 in Richtung des Pfeiles 64 (Fig. 2) unter Überwindung der Haltekraft von dem Aufnahmeteil 34 abgenommen werden. Danach kann der Wischarm 10 ohne Schwierigkeit aus dem Aufnahmeteil 34 entfernt werden. Als Montageöffnung dient dazu die von der Basiswand 40 abgewandte Öffnung des Aufnahmekanals 42. Die Montage des Wischblatts an dem Wischarm erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Dazu wird der Wischarm 10 mit seinem freien Endabschnitt 12 in Richtung des Pfeiles 52 in die oben beschriebene Montageöffnung des Aufnahmekanals 52 eingeführt, wobei die seitlichen Ansätze 44 und 46 des Endabschnittes 12 in den ihnen zugeordneten Aussparungen 48 und 50 zu liegen kommen. Die in den Aussparungen 48 und 50 liegenden Ansätze 44 und 46 des Wischarms 10 verhindern ein Herausziehen des Wischarms 10 aus dem Aufnahmekanal 42 in Richtung des Pfeiles 64. Wenn nun der freie Endabschnitt 12 des Wischarms 10 im Aufnahmekanal 42 des Kupplungsstückes 18 liegt, wird die Platte 54 in der in Fig. 4 dargestellten Weise mit dem Aufnahmeteil 34 verbunden. Claims (9)

1. Wischvorrichtung für Scheiben von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem angetriebenen Wischarm, einem in Betriebsstellung neben diesem angeordneten Wischblatt und einem mit dem Wischblatt gelenkig verbundenen Kupplungsstück, das einen im wesentlichen neben dem Wischblatt liegenden Aufnahmekanal für das freie Ende des Wischarms aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekanal (42) über seine gesamte Länge durch drei U-förmig zueinander angeordnete Wände (36, 38, 40) begrenzt ist, daß die der Basiswand (40) gegenüberliegende Öffnung zum Einführen des freien Endes (12) des Wischarmes (10) in den Aufnahmekanal (42) dient und daß die Einführöffnung wenigstens über einen Teilabschnitt durch eine Abdeckung (54 bzw. 70) verschließbar ist. 1. Wischvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckung zum Verschließen der Einführöffnung durch eine zum Kupplungsstück (18) gehörende Platte (54 bzw. 70) gebildet sind, die breiter ist als der Aufnahmekanal (42) und daß die Platte in ihrer Verschlußstellung mit vorzugsweise beiden zueinander parallelen Seitenwänden (36 und 38) des Kupplungsstückes (18) lösbar verbunden ist. 2. Wischvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verbinden der Platte (54) mit der Seitenwand (36, 38)des Aufnahmekanals (42) durch am einen Teil (36, 38 bzw. 54) des Kupplungsstückes (18), vorzugsweise an der Kanalwand (36, 38) angeordnete, im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzförmige Lappen (56, 58) und am anderen Teil (54 bzw. 36, 38) des Kupplungsstückes (18) vorzugsweise in der Platte (54) vorhandene, den Lappen (56, 58) zugeordnete schwalbenschwanzförmige und in Längsrichtung wenigstens einseitig randoffene Nuten (60, 62) gebildet sind. 4.
