An den beiden Seitenflächen sind nach oben verlaufende, die Oberseite überragende Flansche 4 und 5 vorgesehen, so daß der auf die Oberseite 3 aufgesetzte Schuh 9 mit einer Sohle 8 eine sichere seitliehe Führung erfährt, wobei durch den schlitzartigen Durchbruch 6 ein Befestigungsriemen 10 hindurchgesteckt wird, der dann oberhalb des Schuhes 9 mit einer Schnalle geschlossen wird.
