Diese Bewegung wird über das Drahtseil bzw. die Zugstange 19 auf den Hebel 18 übertragen, der die Klappe 30 um ihre Drehachse verschwenkt, und zwar nach innen auf den oberen Teil der Schnitzelkiste 1 hin.
