An der Unterseite der Bodenfläche 3 des Back- und Bratraumes 1 ist zweckmäßig ein gewundener bzw. gebogener elektrischer Mantelrohrheizstab 6 fugenlos angebracht, dessen Windungen 6' um die Mikrowellenenergie-Zuführvorrichtung 5 herumgeführt sind.
