verlaufen. Unterschiedliches Preßgut, auch infolge unvermeidbarer Toleranzen unterschiedliches Preßgut,
verlangt unterschiedliche Preßarbcil. Unterschiedliche Preßarbeit und damit unterschiedliche Antriebsmomente
der Preßbänder verlangen darüber hinaus unterschiedliche Bandspannungen. The invention relates generically to a tensioning device for the press belts of a continuously
working press for the production of chipboard, fibreboard, tempered chipboard and
tempered fibreboard, laminate slabs and the like
endlessly guided in the direction of passage both around the lower press beam and the upper press beam
Press belts, with the lower press beam and the upper press beam on the inlet side and on the outlet side
both deflection or drive drums with hydraulic drive as well as roller mills on the top or bottom
with regulating rollers for the press belts, furthermore the roller mills during operation
one vertical axis each can be pivoted to a limited extent and also with the aid of cylinder-piston assemblies
are height adjustable. The regulating rollers serve on the one hand to adjust the belt tension of the press belts
set, on the other hand, they should prevent them from getting lost. Between the upper and the lower
A press nip is formed in the press beam, into which the press belts and with them the material to be pressed run. the
Press belts are mostly heated, either directly or via an associated heated press table - die
Particle board, fiber board, laminate board and the like are continuously used as pressed material in such a press
fed and left the press generally as an endless belt, which is then divided. Of the
The term "plates" also includes objects that are considerably flexible. That is true
especially for laminate boards. This changes, / .. B. depending on the temperature in heated presses, the belt tension

get lost. Different material to be pressed, also different material to be pressed due to unavoidable tolerances,
requires different press sizes. Different pressing work and thus different drive torques
the press belts also require different belt tensions.
The invention is based on the object of providing a continuously operating press of the generic type
to train further that an adjustment of the regulating rollers automatically as a function of the operation
from the belt tension and / or the drive torque is possible
den Hydraulikkreis des hydraulischen Antriebes soTo solve this problem, the invention teaches that the cylinder piston assemblies of the roller mills
the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic drive so
ausführlicher erläutert Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellungίο are connected so that the belt tension of the press belts can be automatically adjusted to the torque to be applied to drive them. The greater the drive torque, the greater the belt tension.
In the following, the invention is explained in more detail with reference to a drawing showing only an exemplary embodiment. They show a schematic representation
F i g. 1 die Seitenansicht einer kontinuierlich arbeitenden Presse nach der Erfindung,F i g. 1 the side view of a continuously operating press according to the invention,
Fig.2 das hydraulische Schaltschema für den Gegenstand der F i g. 1.2 shows the hydraulic circuit diagram for the subject of FIG. 1.
bzw. unterseitig Walzenstühle 6 mit Regulierwalzen 7.The in Fi g. 1 shown continuously operating
Press may be used for the production of chipboard, fiberboard, also tempered panels of this type, or
be set up for the production of laminate panels. To the basic structure of the continuously
working press includes a lower press beam 1, an upper press beam 2 and each a press belt 3,
which around the lower press beam 1 and the upper press beam 2 in the indicated by the arrow 4
Direction of passage is endless. Both the lower press beam 1 and the upper press beam 2
have deflection or drive drums 5 for the press belts 3 and on the top side on the inlet side and outlet side
or roller mills 6 with regulating rollers 7 on the underside.
From the figure) it can be seen that the roller mills 6 can be adjusted in height in the direction of the arrow shown in the middle
are. This adjustment movement is also indicated by a dot-dash position. Every whale chair
6 has a plurality of axially parallel regulating rollers 7. These are designed as drag rollers
executed. The rollers 7 of each roller frame 6 form a convex shape with respect to the associated press belt 3
Drainage area, which is defined as it were by the drawn press belt itself. Incidentally, im
Embodiment made the arrangement so that the roller mills 6 by scissor links 9 kinematically
are controlled. Consequently, cylinder-piston assemblies 10 can be used for the height adjustment.
