Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelvorrichtung zur Herstellung von Bogenlagen für die Buchbinderei nach Patent 277458 und besteht darin, daß bei der Drehung des Wickelkörpers die aufgewickelte Bogenlage mit einer Stelle an einer Leimvorrichtung vorbeigeführt wird, so daß die einzelnen Schichten der Bogenlage an der gleichen Stelle mit Leim versehen und so verbunden werden. Diese Stelle, welche zur Auftragung .des Klebmittels dient, ist die Kante der Schiene 25 nach dem Hauptpatent, die an der einen Spitze des Wickelkörpers angebracht ist und der Stelle gegenüberliegt, wo sich der Schlitz 22 befindet, in welchem das Aufschneiden der Lage erfolgt. Durch diese Vorrichtung werden die einzelnen Schichten der Stofflage beim Umwickeln um den Wickelkörper 17 gleich miteinander verbunden, so daß, wenn die Bogenlage mittels der Rollen 28 von dem Wickelkörper abgezogen wird, sie schon zusammenhängt, als ob sie geheftet wäre.The invention relates to a winding device for producing sheet layers for Bookbinding according to patent 277458 and consists in that during the rotation of the bobbin the wound sheet is fed past a gluing device at one point, so that the individual layers of the sheet ply are provided with glue and in the same place so be connected. Der Schiene 25 gegenüber, welche an dem Wickelkörper 17 angebracht ist, ist ein umlaufendes Band 51 vorgesehen. Dieses Band ■51 wird von der Walze 56 angetrieben und drückt das Band 51 gegen die sich drehende Walze 55, welche gegen die Öffnung 57 des Leimkessels 53 liegt. Die Auftragwalze 55 entnimmt dem Leimkessel 53 bei jeder Umdrehung Leim und überträgt den Leim auf die Verteilungswalze 54 und das Band 51, welches zwischen der Auftragwalze 55 und der Antriebswalze 56 läuft. Die Walze 54 verteilt den Leim gleichmäßig auf die Walze 55 und hält stets für kurze Zeit Leim vorrätig; denn die Walze 54 erhält Leim von der Walze 55 und gibt den Leim auch an die Walze 55 ⁴^ wieder ab, sobald der Leimkessel 53 nicht genügend Leim hergibt. Die beiden Hälften des Wickelkörpers 17 sind so gestellt, daß die Spitze, welche die Schiene 25 trägt, die aufgewickelte Stofflage ι das umläufende Band 51 berühren läßt, während die andere Spitze frei an dem Bande 51 vorbeigeht. Auf diese Weise werden die einzelnen Schichten der Bogenlage sämtlich über der Schiene 25 mit einem Leimauftrag versehen und haften infolgedessen zusammen, wenn die Bogenlage nach Fig. 2 mittels der Rollen 28 bzw. der Walzen 29, wie in dem Hauptpatent beschrieben, von dem Wickelkörper 17 abgezogen wird.Opposite the rail 25, which is attached to the winding body 17, a circumferential belt 51 is provided.
