The invention relates to a water-tube boiler with sections made of three intermingled, pipes ascending in a zigzag, which independently of one another by means of a common front connection cap are connected to the feed line. Of the The purpose of the invention is the separate connection of the three pipe runs with the feed line . secure by dividing the lower connecting cap into three compartments, whereby these compartments are extended by a fork-shaped center piece inside the feed nozzle are. Under these conditions, the water streams run side by side without each other to harass.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the new device, for example, namely Fig. 1 shows a boiler section in front view with the new device. Fig. 2 is a section according to X ^ X 1 of FIG. 3, in which the feed connector is shown in section according to X 2 -X z of FIG. FIG. 3 is a section along Y 1 -Y 1 in FIG. 2, in which the feed connector is cut along Y 2 -Y 2 in FIG. Fig. 4 is a section along ZZ of Fig. 2, and Fig. 5 shows the feed pipe in plan.
gleichen Weise sind auch alle weiteren KappenFig. 2 to 5 are executed on a larger scale than Fig. Ι.
According to Fig. 1, each boiler section consists in a known arrangement of three coiled, zigzag ascending pipe sections A, B and C. These three pipe sections are connected on the one hand with a common cap that gives them the water from the food, which is common to all members , feeds. At the other end, they are connected to the upper collector of the boiler by a common cap F. The first pipe run comprises the front caps D, A a , A 5 and F and the rear caps A 2 , A * and A 6 . The second pipe train comprises the front caps D 1 B 3 , B s and F and the rear caps B 2 , 5 4 and 5 e . The third pipe run comprises the front caps D 1 C 3 , C s and F and the rear caps C 2 , C 4 and C 6 . The water pipes belonging to these pipelines are designated with small letters a, b and c, with a number showing their sequence. In a known arrangement, these tubes are inclined so that they rise alternately from front to back and from back to front. The tubes with odd digits rise backwards and the tubes with even digits rise towards the front. The water flows from the tubes to the caps and from the caps to the tubes, in the order of the numerals. In the pipe train A , the lowermost pipe a 1 starts from the left side (FIG. 1) of the front lower cap D , rises to the rear and opens into the cap A 2 . This rear cap is vertical, and from its upper end the tube α 2 goes out, which is connected to the left side of the front cap A % . To the right, this cap rises by about half the distance between the centers of the two adjacent caps A 3 and B 3 . All other caps are made in the same way
The same is the case with the rear caps; all are to each other rectified, but the rear caps are in the opposite direction inclined like the front caps.
In Fig. 2 to 5, the numerals 1, 2 and 3 designate the channel or the pantry or the lower pipe of the first, second and third pipe trains. The lowest pipe is that of the first pipe run. On the feed line 4, which is common to all members of the water tube boiler, a feed connector 5 is attached for each pipe section, into which, according to the invention, a fork-shaped center piece 6 is inserted over the entire height, which divides the cross-section of the connector into three sections' (Fig . 5). Ribs 7 of lower connecting cap 8 open opposite this fork-shaped center piece ( denoted by D in FIG. 1), which with the walls of the cap form channels which are to be regarded as the continuation of the channels of the feed connector 5. The cross-section of the three channels is not the same, but is in relation to the Veras attenuation of the respective pipe train, namely the pipe train 1 evaporates slightly more than the pipe train 2, and the pipe train 2 slightly more than the pipe train 3.
This new facility offers the following advantages: Each pipe train feeds itself independently and directly from the feed line, as if their joint connection cap would be attached to the feed line. The space taken up by the new common connection cap is smaller than that of a connection cap in which the three compartments are arranged one above the other. The new facility even allows the arrangement of a fourth pipe run without changing the height of the connecting cap. Man In this case, the center piece in the feed connector only needs to be provided with four arms, corresponding to the four ribs of the quadruple connection cap.
