Description
- Das Aufweiten des Dehnkörpers erfolgt wie im Hauptpatent beschrieben. Gemäß der Darstellung in F i g. 2 ist in die Rohrleitung 1 bzw. 2 in den Bereich der Stemmuffenverbindung 3 der aus dem starren zylindrischen Kern 4 und dem elastischen Schlauchstück 5 bestehende Dehnkörper eingeführt Die Stirnenden 6 des Schlauchstückes 5 sind mit dem Umfang des Kernes 4 fest verbunden. Der Kern weist den an eine nicht dargestellte Druckluftleitung angeschlossenen Kanal 8 und den Druckluftaustritt 9 auf. Nach dem Einbringen des Dehnkörpers 4, 5 in die Rohrleitung 1 bzw. 2 wird zunächst die den Dehnkörper konzentrisch umgebende Hülse 11 durch Erhitzen der Gewebestreifen 20 in den plastischen Zustand versetzt Nach Abschalten des Stromes wird dem Kern 4 Druckluft zugeführt. Dadurch wird das Schlauchstück 5 aufgeweitet, welches dadurch die plastisch gewordene Hülse 11 und den Schlauchabschnitt 22 mit dem Abdichtungsmittel 14 an die Rohrinnenwand anpreßt Dabei verteilt sich die Abdichtungsmasse und dringt zum Teil in die Muffenspalte ein. Nach dem Abkühlen der Hülse 11, welches an ruhender Luft oder durch die Einwirkung der Druckluft erfolgen kann, ist die Hülse 11 verfestigt. Sie verbleibt ihrer Eigenspannung als abdichtendes Element an der Rohrinnenwand. Der Dehnkörper 4, 5 wird dann entlastet und aus der Rohrleitung herausgezogen.
- Die an den Stirnenden des Schlauchabschnittes 22 angeordneten Dichtungsringe 23 verhindern ein seitliches Austreten der Dichtungsmasse 14 und unterstützen die Abdichtung gegen austretendes Gas.
Claims (3)
- Patentansprüche: 1. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zum inneren Abdichten von Rohrmuffenverbindungen, insbesondere der Stemmuffenverbindungen von Erdgasleitungen, nach Patent 24 40 086.0, wobei ein das Abdichtungsmittel tragender hohizylindrischer und elastischer Dehnkörper in die Rohrleitung eingebracht, und das Abdichtungsmittel durch Aufweiten des Dehnkörpers mittels Zufuhr von Druckluft an den inneren Ringspalt der Muffenverbindung angepreßt wird, wobei eine das Abdichtungsmittel tragende und den Dehnkörper umgebende Hülse aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyvinylchlorid, durch elektrische Widerstandserhitzung auf Erweichungstemperatur erwärmt, dann mit dem Abdichtungsmittel an die Rohrinnenwand angepreßt und anschließend im angepreßten Zustand bis zur Verfestigung abgekühlt wird, worauf der Dehnkörper aus der Rohrleitung entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Erhitzung der Hülse (li) ein elektrisch leitendes Textilgewebe dient, welches in Form von mehreren dicht aneinanderliegenden Längsstreifen (20) die Hülse (11) eng umhüllt oder an deren Innenwand angeordnet ist, und in den aneinanderstoßenden Längskanten der Gewebestreifen an eine Stromquelle angeschlossene Drähte oder metallische Folienstreifen (21) eingelagert sind, und daß die Gewebestreifen (20) von einem dünnen, dehnfähigen Schlauchabschnitt (22) umhüllt sind, auf welchem das Abdichtungsmittel (14) angeordnet ist.
- 2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein an sich bekanntes Textilgewebe mit einer Einlagerung von elektrisch leitfähigem Graphit-, Metall- od. dgl. Pulver.
- 3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Gewebestreifen (20) umhüllende Schlauchabschnitt (22) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Werkstoff, wie Gummi, thermoplastischem Kunststoff od. dgl. besteht. -Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.Nach dem Hauptpatent 24 40 086.0 sollen undicht gewordene Rohrmuffenverbindungen, insbesondere Stemmuffenverbindungen von Erdgasleitungen, von der Rohrinnenseite her in der Weise abgedichtet werden, daß ein das Abdichtungsmittel tragender hohlzylindrischer und elastischer Dehnkörper in die Rohrleitung eingebracht und das Abdichtungsmittel durch Aufweiten des Dehnkörpers mittels Zufuhr von Druckluft an den inneren Ringspalt der Muffenverbindung angepreßt wird, worauf der Dehnkörper entlastet und aus der Rohrleitung entfernt wird. Dies wird nach dem Hauptpatent dadurch gelöst, daß mit dem Dehnkörper eine das Abdichtungsmittel tragende und den Dehnkörper umgebende Hülse aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyvinylchlorid in den Bereich der Muffenverbindung gebracht, auf Erweichungstemperatur erwärmt, dann durch Aufweiten des Dehnkörpers zusammen mit dem Dichtungsmittel an die Rohrinnenwand angepreßt und anschließend in angepreßten Zustand bis zur Verfestigung abgekühlt wird, worauf der Dehnkörper aus der Rohrleitung entfernt wird. Dis Erwärmung der thermoplastischen Kunststoffhülse erfolgt dabei unter anderem durch elektrische Wider standserhitzung.Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eir elektrisches Widerstands-Heizelement für die Erhitzung der das Abdichtungsmittel tragenden thermoplastischer Kunststoffhülse zu schaffen, welches mit der gesamter Umfangsfläche der Kunststoffhülse für eine gleichmäßi.ge Wärmeübertragung in Kontakt gebracht werder kann. Gelöst wird die Aufgabe mit den in der Patentansprüchen gekennzeichneten Mitteln.Aus der Zeitschrift »MachineDesign« (Band 49, Nr. 2 vom 20. 1. 1977, Seite 7) ist eine Heizmatte, insbesonde re auch aus Gummi od. dgl. bekannt. Schließlich ist es auch dem Fachmann bekannt, Stoffen elektrisch leitfähige Beimischungen wie Graphit oder Metallpulver zuzugeben. Die spezielle Ausgestaltung gemäß der Erfindung wird hierdurch jedoch nicht nahegelegt In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung im Längsschnitt dargestellt. Es zeigt F i g. 1 das aus dem Textilstreifen gebildete Widerstandsheizelement und F i g. 2 die Gesamtanordnung der Vorrichtung nach dem Aufweiten des Dehnkörpers.Zum Erhitzen der aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bestehenden Hülse 11 auf Erweichungstemperatur dient ein elektrisch leitendes Textilgewebe, welches in Form von mehreren dicht aneinanderliegenden Längsstreifen 20 die Hülse 11 eng umhüllt In den aneinanderstoßenden Längskanten der Gewebestreifen 20 sind metallische Folienstreifen 21 eingelagert, welche an eine nicht dargestellte Stromquelle mit den Drähten 17 und 18 angeschlossen sind. Die Gewebestreifen können aus an sich bekannten Textilien bestehen, in welchen für die elektrische Leitfähigkeit z. B. Graphit- oder Metallpulver eingelagert ist. Die Gewebestreifen 20 sind von einem elektrisch isolierenden, dehnfähigen Schlauchabschnitt 22 aus Gummi oder thermoplastischem Kunststoff umhüllt, auf welcher das Abdichtungsmittel 14 angeordnet ist Der Schlauchabschnitt 22 dient neben seiner Funktion als Träger für das Dichtungsmittel auch dazu, die metallischen Rohre 1, 2 gegenüber dem stromführenden Heizelement zu isolieren.
