PATENTSCHRIFT
KLASSE 4O: Hüttenwesen.
J. SCHÖNBERG in FRIEDBERG. Herstellung von Lagermetall.
Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 31. August 1883 ab.
Man schmilzt 5 kg Kupfer mit 5 kg Zinn zusammen und läfst erkalten.
Hierauf bringt man die Legirung wiederum zum Schmelzen und setzt 90 kg Zink hinzu.
Wenn alles Zink geschmolzen ist, setzt man ein Gemenge von 10 kg gestofsenem Glas mit
10 g Salmiak und 10 g Borax in die geschmolzene Masse und läfst alsdann erkalten. Das
Glas giebt dem Lagermetall eine grofse Festigkeit und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Auslaufen
der Lager.

- Patent-Anspruch:Herstellung eines widerstandsfähigen Lagermetalls mittelst Einführung von Glas in die Masse der aus Kupfer, Zinn und Zink bestehenden Legirung.BERLIN. GEDRUCKT IN DER REICHSDRUCKEREI.
