Dieses Exzenter erteilt dem Hebel 13 eine schwingende Bewegung; wird es demnach von rechts nach links (Fig. 1) bewegt, so dreht sich die Rolle 8 in der Richtung des Uhrzeigers und bewirkt die Abwicklung des endlosen Streifens ι und dessen Zuführung durch eine Schere 19, 20 und zwischen Rollen 21, 22 hindurch zum Dorn 4. Die Schere besteht aus einem unbewegliehen Messer 19 und einem beweglichen 20, das von einem Stift 36, der am Ende eines Hebels 37 befestigt ist und in den Schlitz des Messers 20 greift, bewegt wird. Der Hebel 37 ist um einen Zapfen 38 drehbar und hat am anderen Arm eine Rolle, welche in die Nut eines auf der Welle 18 befestigten Exzenters eingreift.
