Gerät zum Reinigen, vorzugsweise von Fußböden, bestehend aus einem Stiel und einem damit verbundenen mindestens eine vorzugsweise durch einen Wischlappen abdeckbare Arbeitsfläche aufweisenden länglichen Aufnehmer, wobei die Stielachse in einem Winkel zur Arbeitsfläche verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stiel~(2) über ein nur um eine Schwenkachse (3) schwenkbares Gelenk (1) mit dem die Arbeitsflächen (5,51,6) aufweisenden Aufnehmer (4) verbunden ist und die Schwenkachse (3) in einer senl;recht zur Längserstreckung des Aufnehmers (4) gelegenen Ebene liegt.
