Baggerfahrzeug und Verfahren zum Beladen des Raums eines BaggerfahrZeuges.Dredging vehicle and method of loading the space of a Excavator vehicles.
The invention relates to a method for loading a Space of an excavator vehicle, with a sand-water suspension is pumped into the tree during a loading which is carried out in at least two stages, i.e.
in einer ersten Stufe, in der Äbflussmittel auf einem derart hohen Pegel gehalten werden, dass der Raum im wesentlichen bis zu seinem Maximalvolumen mit einer Sand—Wassersuspension geladen wird, undin a first stage, in the flux on such a high level can be maintained that the room is essentially up to its maximum volume with a sand-water suspension is loaded, and
in einer darauffolgenden, zweiten Stufe, in der die Äbflussmittel hinuntergeführt werden und gleichzeitig zusätzliche Suspension in den Raum gepumpt wird,in a subsequent, second stage, in which the fluids are led down and, at the same time, additional ones Suspension is pumped into the room,
wobei in der ersten Stufe Suspension in den Raum eingepumpt wird bis das Baggerfahrzeug im wesentlichen bis zu seiner maximal zulässigen Tragfähigkeit beladen ist, undwherein in the first stage suspension is pumped into the space until the excavator vehicle is substantially up to its maximum permissible load capacity is loaded, and
In the following, second stage, the amount of the discharge medium depending on the weight of the cargo in the room be guided down so that the excavator vehicle is loaded essentially up to the maximum permissible load capacity remains as described in Dutch patent specification 183.182.

It can occur when the water or water-sand suspension level drops above the deposited sand show that the suspension level is below the open water level, which means that a siphon effect is impossible and the last amount of water is actually not replaced by a mixture of sand and water can be. In order to remedy this disadvantage, the invention provides an improvement on the method according to the Dutch method Patent 138.182 in that at least after the suspension level in the room the free water level has reached the drainage means of the action of a suction pump subjected to v / grounding in order to let the suspension level drop below the open water level.
It should be noted that in the dredging technology it can be regarded as common practice that the deposited Water in sand from the space of an excavator vehicle lead away. This emerges, for example, from French patent specification 386,251, from which publication a Excavator vehicle is known in which there is negative pressure in a hold is maintained, so that an excavator pump can be dispensed with in the line between the suction nozzle and the hold is. The negative pressure is maintained by the fact that the water collected over the deposited sand by means of a Suction pump is sucked away.
From the Dutch laid-out patent application 71 13 102 is a cargo hold which is below the water level known, in which the water located above the sand deposited in the hold is sucked away by means of a suction pump will. These two publications do not contain any means that relate to a process which in a first stage the ship is loaded up to the maximum load capacity and in a second stage in this State is maintained in which the water present above the deposited sand is discharged under control.

The invention relates to and further provides an excavator vehicle with a space, a pump for pumping in a sand-water suspension in the room and drainage means, which in a first loading stage to one of the maximum volume of the room corresponding, high level and can be set to a lower level in a second loading stage, wherein to carry out the method according to the invention, the volume of the space is so large that the excavator vehicle in the first stage is loaded with a sand-water suspension essentially up to the maximum permissible load-bearing capacity can be, wherein actuating means are provided to the discharge means in the second loading stage as a function to move more and more from a load measuring device, which excavator vehicle is characterized by that a suction pump is installed in the connection between the drainage means and the open water.
It should be noted that it is known per se from Dutch patent specification 96 078, an on board one To fill the vehicle-mounted storage space with a water-sand mixture, the still containing some sand, overflowing water is removed with the help of a suction pump. This excavator vehicle will be an enriched one A mixture of sand and water is injected into the ground near the suckling opening in order to achieve a higher concentration when sucking up Achieve solid.
The aforementioned and other features of the invention are explained in more detail using a drawing.

Die Einflussdüse 4 wird in Abhängigkeit vom Gewicht der Ladung im Raum 2 dermassen hinunterbewegt (siehe die Stellung 4"), dass das Baggerfahrzeug 1 im wesentlichen nach wie vor bis zur maximal zulässigen Tragfähigkeit beladen wird.FIG. 1 shows part of the excavator vehicle 1 described in the aforementioned Dutch patent 133.182 with a room I, a pump 3 for introducing a sand-water suspension into the room 2 through a suction line 14 and a pressure line 15 and with drainage means. The drainage means according to FIG. 1 consist of an inlet nozzle 4, which is connected to a discharge line 6 by a flexible line 5 and can be pivoted about a joint 7 by means of a hydraulic cylinder 8. The discharge line 6 is connected to the free water 11 by a suction pump 9 and a blocking member 10. A speed measuring unit 12 is attached to the discharge line 6. Furthermore, the excavator in the form of a dredger vehicle 1 has a load measuring unit 13 for measuring the load weight, for example, depending on the depth of the excavator vehicle 1 in the open water 11. The loading of the room 2 is carried out in two stages, with one in the two stages Sand-water suspension is pumped into space 2. In a first stage, the space 2 is charged with suspension essentially up to its maximum volume, while a quantity of water may already flow out of the space 2 through a stationary suction pump 9 and through the open locking member 10, but the inlet nozzle 4 in or almost in the highest position 4 'is held in order not to reduce the volume of space 2. When the load measuring unit 13 indicates that the excavator vehicle 1 is loaded up to its maximum permissible load capacity, the second loading stage begins, the influence nozzle 4 gradually being moved down and at the same time additional suspension being pumped into the space 2. Influence nozzle 4 is moved downwards in dependence on the weight of the load in space 2 (see position 4 ″) that the excavator vehicle 1 is essentially still loaded up to the maximum permissible load capacity.
