Abderhalden und Kautzsch (Zeitschrift für physiologische Chemie, Bd. 64 [1910], S. 456) haben gefunden, daß der Herstellung von Eisensalzen der Glutaminsäure Schwierigkeiten entgegenstehen. So beobachteten sie beim Kochen einer wässerigen Lösung von Glutaminsäure mit überschüssigem Eisenoxyd keine Einwirkung; ebenso konnte Glutaminsäure mit pulverisiertem Eisensulfid beim Kochen nicht in Reaktion gebracht werden.Abderhalden and Kautzsch (Journal of Physiological Chemistry, Vol. 64 [1910], p. 456) have found that the production of iron salts of glutamic acid has difficulties oppose. Ferroverbindungen der Glutaminsäure sind bis jetzt noch nicht bekannt.
