Claims (4)
1. Verfahren zum Formen eines Gegenstands aus einem Gegenstandszwischenstoff
bei erhöhten Temperaturen und Drücken, beinhaltend
a) Anordnen des Gegenstandszwischenstoffes in einem Druckgefäß;
b) Anordnen eines ersten festen, fließfähigen, polymeren
Mediums, das bei Temperaturen über etwa 316°C im wesentlichen thermisch stabil ist, so daß das erste Polymer in
der Lage ist, einen im wesentlichen gleichmäßigen, vorbestimmten Mediumdruck auf die Oberfläche des Gegenstandszwischenstoffes
zu übertragen;
c) Anordnen eines zweiten festen,fließfähigen, polymeren
Mediums, so daß das zweite Polymer in der Lage ist, die Übertragung des im wesentlichen gleichförmigen, vorbestimmten
Mediumdruckes auf das erste, feste, fließfähige, polymere Medium zu bewirken;
d) Bewirken, daß das zweite Medium einen im wesentlichen gleichförmigen Mediumdruck erzeugt, so daß der Druck auf
die Oberfläche des Gegenstandszwischenstoffes übertragen wird; und
e) Beaufschlagen des Gegenstandszwischenstoffes mit Temperaturen
über etwa 316°C;
wodurch das zweite polymere Medium vor thermischer Verschlechterung
durch das erste polymere Medium geschützt wird.

2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste polymere Medium einen festen, fließfähigen, teilchenförmigen Siliconkautschuk
umfaßt, der einen Nenndurchsatz von wenigstens 0,6 Gramm/Sekunde in einem Rohr mit 1,1 cm Durchmesser
und 7,6 cm Länge bei einem ausgeübten Druck von 10,34 MPa bei Raumtemperatur hat.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei das erste polymere Medium ein Vinylmethylsiloxan-Dimethylsiloxan umfaßt, das
etwa 40% bis etwa 60% Vinylgehalt hat.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite polymere Medium einen festen, fließfähigen, teilchenförmigen Siliconkautschuk
umfaßt, der einen Nenndurchsatz von wenigstens 0,6 Gramm/Sekunde in einem Rohr mit 1,1 cm Durchmesser
und 7,6 cm Länge bei einem ausgeübten Druck von 10,34 MPa bei Raumtemperatur hat.
