Die Fußplatten 3 weisen an ihren Oberflächen noeh eine Aussparung 3b auf, so daß der benutzer des Geräts praktisch in einer Vertiefung steht und beim Üben festen Halt darin findet. An den Unterseiten jeder Fußplatte 3 ist eine Gabel 4 angeordnet, in die der Kopf 2c über die Öse 2c1 und in diese eingesetzter Sehraube 4a eingreift und versehraubt ist. Hierdureh kann das Ski-Mittelteil bzw. die Fußplatten 3 seitlieh in der Gabel gekippt werden. Falls jedoch diese Kippbewegungen nicht gewünscht sind, kann das Ski-Mittelteil bzw. die Fußplatten 3 auf dem Zylinder 2b bzw. dessen Kopf 2c starr befestigt werden, indem in die durch die Fußplatte 3 gehende Bohrung 3a eine Schraube in die Gewindebohrung 2d eingeführt wird.
