Die Erfindung betriff; eine Verschlußsicherung an einem Druckkochtopf, bei dem die den Bereich des gegenseitigen Bajonetteingriffs ν η Topf und Deckel abdichtende Dichtung nur bei aufgesetztem Deckel und dabei unvollständigem Bajonetteingriff von ihrer Dichtungssitzfläche durch einen Abhebearm einer Wippe abgehoben ist, die von dem die Dichtung tragenden Kochtopfteil (z. B. Deckel) getragen und mit einem anderen ihrer Arme, dem Betätigungsarm, in die Bewegungsbahn ragt, die das betätigende Randsegment des anderen Kochtopfteils (Topf) bei der Öffnungs- bzw. Schließschwenkbewegung durchfährt, derart, daß das Randsegment die Wippe während des noch unvollständigen Bajonetteingriffs in allen Stellungen dieser Bewegung in Abhebestellung geschwenkt hält und es bei vollständigem Bajonetteingriff freigibt, wobei die Schwenkachse der Wippe parallel zur Topfachse liegt. Bei dieser bereits bekannten Verschlußsicherung (DE-PS 16 54 929) ist die Wippe als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgebildet, von denen der eine Hebelarm zur Betätigung durch ein Randsegment in dessen Ebene liegt, wogegen der andere Hebelarm nur in der Ebene des Dichtungsringes liegt und bei Betätigung diesen abhebt.
