According to the invention, this object is achieved in the case of a double pane of the type mentioned at the outset
the features mentioned in the characterizing part of the main claim are solved. Particularly preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the subclaims.
It has been shown that if the teaching is followed, the
Invention, ie on the outer surface of the monolithic outer pane facing the bombardment side
according to the main patent a very thin, with the outer pane in the manner of a composite safety pane
wedged retaining disk is arranged, the conical breakout and the dissolving or the
Evaporation of the projectile by atomizing what has broken out of the monolithic outer pane
Glass cones are retained, while at the same time the retaining disk arranged on the firing side has the effect
has a collapse of the outer pane at the first or one of the first of a plurality of
Avoid hits. The outer pane therefore stays with you even if you are bombarded with continuous fire or at all
a variety of shots fully effective.
im einzelnen erläutertAn exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated below with the aid of the schematic from a figure
existing drawing, which shows a bulletproof double glass pane according to the invention in section,
explained in detail
Verbundfolien 22, 24 in gleicher Richtung zunimmt.
As the drawing shows, the bulletproof double glass pane according to the invention, as in the main patent, has an outer pane 10 which is arranged on the bombardment side and is designed as a monolithic silicate glass pane with a thickness of 6 to 20 mm. The outer pane 10, on the side facing away from the firing side in the drawing, is adjoined by an intermediate pane 12, the thickness of which, measured perpendicular to the pane plane, i.e. in the plane of the drawing, is at least 2 the thickness of the outer pane 10 , preferably equal to the thickness of the outer pane 10. Adjacent to the space between the panes 12 is a composite safety pane designated as a whole with 14, the outer pane 10 and the composite safety pane 14 being connected to one another at the pane edge in a manner known for double panes by means of a suitable edge profile or the like, of course. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the Vc rbundsicherheitheiuspeibe 14 consists of three individual silicate glass panes, of which the inner pane 16 facing away from the firing side is 3 mm, the middle individual pane 18 4 mm and the individual pane 20 facing the space between the panes 12 is 5 mm thick. The individual pane 20 is bonded to the central individual pane 18 by a composite film 22 made of polyvinyl butyral, the thickness of which in the exemplary embodiment shown is 0.76 mm, while the composite film 24 connecting the inner pane 16 to the central individual pane 18 is 1.14 mm thick. The composite safety pane 14 is therefore at a distance from the outer pane 10 which is essentially equal to the thickness of the outer pane 10, but at least equal to 2 Is the thickness of the outer pane, while the composite safety pane 14 is constructed asymmetrically in such a way that the thickness of the individual panes 20 , 18, 16 of the composite safety pane decreases from the space between the panes 12 to the pane surface facing away from the firing side, the thickness of the composite films 22, 24 increasing in the same direction at the same time. In addition to the pane structure described above, as it is also implemented in the bulletproof double pane according to the main patent, the outer pane 10 in the exemplary embodiment shown! The double-glazed glass pane according to the invention has a very thin retaining disk 26 on the firing side (on the left in the drawing), which in the illustrated embodiment consists of silicate glass and is glued to the monolithic outer pane 10 in the manner of a composite safety pane by a composite film 28 consist of conventional material, for example a polyvinyl butyral film with a thickness of 0.33 mm or a corresponding PVC composite film. Since the composite film 28, unlike the composite films 22,24 of the rear composite safety pane 14, which according to the teaching of the main patent is essential for intercepting the projectile in the manner described there, only has the task of holding the thin retaining plate 26, which has a silicate glass pane a thickness of, for example, between 1 and 4 mm, whereby the selected thickness is essentially due to production engineering, to be glued to the outer pane 10, it can also be replaced by a layer of another adhesive, for example a pourable plastic compound. It is essential that the retaining plate 26, which can optionally also consist of plastic, although this is of course not recommended for glazing provided on the outside of buildings because of the greater susceptibility of plastics to weather, is so firmly connected to the outer pane 10 that also when multiple hits occur, the retaining disk 26 holds the parts of the outer disk 16 that remain, that is, those parts of the outer disk 16 that are "used up" in the manner explained and claimed in the main patent, not by breaking out cone-shaped pieces of glass when a projectile hits it, so that these parts of the outer disk 16 are retained in the desired manner when further projectiles hit " / remain ineffective.
