Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 29. Juni 1883 ab.
Die Wellenenden erhalten weder Nuth noch Feder öder Keil, sondern bleiben ganz glatt. Der gufseiserne Körper α enthält sechs Nuthen, welche die Keile b aufnehmen. Ueber die Wellenenden c d werden die elastischen Reibungshülsen e geschoben, welche bearbeitete Flächen f zur Auflage der Keile b besitzen. Durch Anziehen der Keile mittelst der Muttern g werden die Zähne ζ der Hülsen auf die Wellenoberflächen geprefst und so eine feste Verbindung zwischen Kupplungstheilen und Wellenenden erzeugt.
Die Nuthen h haben den Zweck, den Reibungshülsen eine geringe Durchbiegung zu gestatten, sie also elastisch zu machen.

  1. P ATENT-An Spruch:
    Verbindung zweier Wellenenden durch Reibung mittelst elastischer Reibungshülsen, welche durch Keile auf die Wellenoberflächen geprefst werden.
