Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einerseits ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines gekuppelten Reißverschlusses, wobei zwei Kunststoffmonofilamentfäden jeweils als Schußfaden gleichzeitig in eine Hälfte eines von Kettfäden gebildeten Webfaches von dessen gegenüberliegenden Seiten her eingetragen, zur Bildung ineinandergreifender Verschlußgliederreihen gleichzeitig gegenläufig um einen gemeinsamen Fangdorn gelegt und durch Bewegung des Webfaches von den Kettfaden eingebunden werden, und andererseits eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens, bestehend aus einem Webstuhl mit Webfachbildungsmechanismus für die Kettfäden, beidseits des Webfaches angeordneten, gleichzeitig betätigbaren Schußeintragungseii^richtungen zum Ein- und Austragen der Kunststoffmonofilamentfäden für die Verschlußgliederreihen und mit einem mittig im Webfach angeordneten Fangdorn, dessen in Webrichtung gesehen vor der Webstelle liegendes Ende auf- und niederbewegbar istThe invention relates on the one hand to a method for producing a coupled zip fastener, wherein two plastic monofilament threads each as a weft thread at the same time in one half of one of the warp threads formed shed entered from its opposite sides, to form interlocking rows of fasteners at the same time in opposite directions laid a common catching pin and tied in by moving the shed from the warp thread, and on the other hand a device for Implementation of this process, consisting of a loom with a shedding mechanism for the Warp threads, arranged on both sides of the shed, simultaneously actuatable weft entry devices for feeding in and discharging the plastic monofilament threads for the rows of fastener links and with a catching mandrel arranged in the center of the shed, its seen in the weaving direction in front of the weaving point lying end can be moved up and down
As part of known measures of this type (DE-AS Ί2 89 798 in conjunction with the associated Main patent DE-PS 11 26 809) is worked with a rifle loom, whose shooters the two Plastic monofilament threads each as a single weft in the assigned, lying at different heights Enter the shed halves for the two zipper halves above or below the catching pin. Than annoying first to see that for the simultaneous entry of the two plastic monofilament threads Shed halves for the two zipper halves must be arranged at different heights. This is because this becomes the path shedding mechanism relatively expensive. However, the generally known disadvantages resulting from the use of the shooters as weft insertion devices are also disturbing, namely the limited thread supply of the shooters, which requires frequent interruptions in the weaving process, and the movement of large masses, soft high weaving speeds and highly precise laying of the plastic monofilament threads does not allow.
Here a plastic monofilament thread is inserted as a double weft into an assigned warp thread shed from one side by means of a weft needle to produce a zipper half The change in the plastic monofilament thread tension around the free one caused by the thread feed system curved end of one arranged on the opposite side of the shed, only from the Locking link row held fishing mandrel and placed by moving the shed from the warp thread involved. Laying the double wefts around the safety mandrel by changing the thread tension but should be reliably achievable at most at low working speeds, so that the possible high weaving speed of the needle loom cannot be exploited. Basically it is with the procedure described it is also possible to use the two halves of a zipper at the same time manufacture by taking the double picks of the two plastic monofilament threads from opposite one another Pages can be entered into the two sheds arranged next to each other at the same height. For this purpose, however, two, as it were separate needle looms with two catch thorns arranged between the sheds, ie. H. one fishing pin per Half of the zip fastener is required because the use of a single common catching mandrel for both plastic monofilament threads in the event of a looping caused by a change in thread tension due to thread
The use of two Needle looms for a single zipper is also very expensive and also leads to two independent zipper halves, in which a highly precise assignment of two Closing link rows is not possible
The invention is based on the object of providing a method and a device with whose help produced woven zippers with high weaving speed and high precision can be.
To this end, the invention teaches in terms of the method that the two plastic monofilament threads each entered as a double weft in the assigned shed halves lying at the same height are and seen in the weaving direction in front of the Websteüe and there up and down movable End of the fishing pin between the two legs of each double shot is passed, and in In terms of device, that the weft entry devices consist of weft needles, and that the fishing pin with its lying in front of the weaving point End in a mandrel holder and the mandrel holder is mounted on a vertical guide interrupted in the middle so that it can be moved up and down
The invention first uses the known fact that a needle loom is much higher Permits weaving speeds and longer uninterrupted weaving times than a shuttle loom. aside from that the invention uses the previously unknown knowledge that despite the high weaving speeds Trouble-free catching of the two plastic monofilament double shots is possible with a single catching pin if the end that can be moved up and down the catch pin can be passed between the two legs of each double shot, d. H. the The double wefts are entered in such a way that, when the weft needles are retracted, those of the Weaving point outgoing legs of the two double wefts below or above the catching pin and the one on it subsequent, leading to the thread supply legs of the two double wefts seen in the weaving direction cross the fishing pin. Because the shed halves for the two rows of fasteners are at the same height are arranged, the WebCichbildungsmecha- « nism simply structured.
As a result, the advantages achieved by the invention are that with comparatively simple means at very high working speeds, trouble-free, high-precision coupled zippers Conclusions can be made.
(,*, If one works exclusively with the two plastic monofilament threads and the warp thread within the scope of the method according to the invention, a so-called strip fastener is obtained, ie a zip fastener in which there are no fastener tape areas next to the rows of fastener links. If, on the other hand, you want a zipper with fastener tape areas protruding beyond the rows of fastener links, leading carrier tape base weft threads are to be inserted together with the plastic monofilament threads into a further warp thread compartment and, after hooking with the plastic monofilament threads, tied into the warp thread. (, *,
In the simplest case, the aforementioned exist Magnetic holding devices. For the production of the above mentioned zip fasteners with fastener tape areas In addition to the rows of fasteners are the weft needles for the plastic monofilament threads assign additional weft needles for the simultaneous insertion of carrier tape base weft threads and is before to arrange a base weft lifter on the catching dome, which catches the support tape base weft threads concerned with the plastic monofilament threads

The devices shown in the figures are used to produce a coupled zipper 1 and in their basic structure consist initially of only a schematic and partially shown needle loom with shedding mechanism 2 and on both sides of the warp thread 3 formed shed 4 arranged, simultaneously operable weft needles 5 for insertion and removal of plastic monofilament threads 6 for the rows of fasteners 7. Between the two at the same height lying shed halves for the two zipper halves, d. H. in the middle of the shed 4 is a bendable one Catching mandrel 8 mounted on its end 10 facing away from the stop 9 of the shed 4 in a up and down movable mandrel holder 11 is slidably mounted. As the F i g. 2 shows that the weft needles are 5 arranged in superimposed horizontal planes; they can therefore cross over in the shed 4. The mandrel holder 11 is mounted on a centrally interrupted vertical guide 12 and by means of a Plunger arrangement 13 between a high and low position with associated holding devices 14 in the form movable by magnets. However, there is also the possibility of approaching such holding devices 14 renounce and instead, as shown in FIG. 4 shows in more detail the mandrel holder 11 rounded at its corners 15 by the Kuns.sioff monofilament threads 6 themselves in the high or To move subscript, in which the monofilament threads 6 can pass through to the fishing mandrel 8. Sollen die Verschluß gliederreihen 7 dagegen in U-Mäanderform gelegt werden, ist die Umsteuerung des Fangdornes 8 vor dem Eintragen der Monofilamentfäden 6 nicht vorzunehmen, sondern sind stattdessen nach jedem Schußeintrag die the other legs of which cross in front of the catching mandrel 8 as seen in the weaving direction; this state is shown in FIG. 2. Then the mandrel holder 11 and thus the end 10 of the mandrel 8 slidably mounted in it is controlled from the high to the low position or vice versa, so that the monofilament threads 6 are held in opposite directions when the needles 5 are returned by the mandrel 8. After shedding movement, a stop rivet 19 is used to hit the catch. The length of the safety pin 8 is dimensioned such that the fastener links only leave the safety pin in the area of an adjoining zip fastener guide 20 after they have been tied into the warp threads 3 several times.
