KAISERLICHES PATENTAMT. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Modellplatte für Ofentürrahmen, bei der in einer sonst bei Modellplatten schon angewandten Weise einzelne Modellteile zurückziehbar sind; hierbei sind die Modellteile für die sogenannten Mauerleisten zurückziehbar ausgebildet. Gemäß der Erfindung werden diese Modellteile in einfacher und bequemer Weise durch Drehen des Modellteiles für den Eingußtrichter ίο aus dem übrigen Modell heraus- oder in es zurückbewegt. Um die Verbindungsteile zwischen dem Eingußtrichter-Modellteil und den Mauerleisten-Modellteilen recht flach und leicht aus Blech herstellbar zu machen, empfiehlt sich für diese Teile die Anwendung von Exzenterscheiben und -stangen. Die Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. ι einen Längsschnitt der Modellplatte mit eingeschraubtem Türmodell, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt, Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht des inneren Modells, Fig. 4 die Verschlußdecke zum Modell. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer Modellplatte α mit eingeschraubtem Türmodell b, welche in einen durchbrochenen Wenderahmen zu liegen kommt. Die Modellteile c für die Mauerleisten sind verschiebbar und durch eine Verschlußdecke e abgedeckt. Das Modellstück g für den Eingußtrichter ist mit innerem Vierkant versehen, mittels dessen es sich auf die Welle h aufsetzen läßt, die mit zwei festen Exzenterscheiben m und oberem Vierkant versehen ist. Die Welle h wird getragen von den Tragleisten f, welche zugleich die Einlaufe bilden; die Exzenterscheiben bewegen sich mit ihren Stangen / in dem Hohlraum d des Modells. i ist der Modellteil für den Falzrahmen, k für die Tür. Durch Rechtsdrehen des Eingußtrichters g ist es ermöglicht, mittels der Exzenterstangen I die im Inneren angebrachten Modellteile c für die Mauerleisten, welche in Führungsleisten gehen, herauszubewegen und zurückzuziehen. Bei dieser Einrichtung genügen zweiteilige Formkasten. Die auf der Platte angebrachten Modellteile für die Tür k und den Falzrahmen i können zu rechts und links gewechselt werden, ohne mit der inneren Vorrichtung im Modell b in Berührung zu .kommen. Allerdings kann dies nur bei einer gewissen Größe der Fall sein, da sonst auch das Modell entsprechend vergrößert werden muß. Patent-Ans ρ rüche:IMPERIAL PATENT OFFICE.
