Der Zweck dieser Erfindung ist, das häufige Zerreifsen der Fäden beim Spinnen von Angora
und anderem Material zu verhüten; der Faden zerreifst nämlich hierbei sehr häufig während
der Umdrehung der Spule, wenn er dem oberen Flantsch derselben zu nahe kommt. Dieser
Zweck wird erreicht, indem auf den oberen Flantsch der Spule eine Kappe aus Metall,
Elfenbein oder sonst angemessenem Material gesetzt wird, welche mit der Spule sich umdreht
und die Fäden zusammenhält, die im anderen Falle durch die Centrifugalkraft der in Bewegung
