PATENTAMT.PATENT OFFICE.
The invention relates to a device for tipping a kneading trough up and down.
The essence of the invention is that the trough itself causes the disconnection of the gear in its two end positions.
verschiedenen Ansichten dargestellt. In the drawing, a kneading trough provided with the device is shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 in
shown in different views.
ίο Two bevel gears d, e facing each other sit loosely on the drive axle χ and form a reversing gear with a bevel gear f. The worm g is in engagement with the worm wheel h, the axis of which carries the chain gear i, k which is used to tilt the trough up and down. If the chain wheel i moves in one direction, the trough is tilted up; if it rotates in the opposite direction, the trough is lowered. The transmission is at rest when the claw c is in the central position shown in FIG. The claw is shifted by means of the linkage p, ο, η from the shaft m , which can be adjusted to the right or left by means of a hand crank I. The angle lever p, the upper leg of which carries the fork comprising the claw, is fixedly mounted at point q (FIG. 2).
At the point where an approach u of the trough is located, the shaft m has a firmly wedged arm s which, when the tilting gear is switched off, lies horizontally, as shown in FIG. 2 with solid lines. If the shaft m is rotated to the left in order to initiate the tilting of the trough, the arm s assumes the position indicated by the dotted arrow t in FIG. 2. When the clutch is engaged to pivot the trough down, the arm s assumes the upward position indicated by arrows w in FIG. 2 as a result of clockwise rotation of the crank I and shaft m. The end of the arm s is connected by a chain ν with a hook of the neck u of the trough. When the trough is pivoted up, the chain υ pulls the arm back into the horizontal position when the trough has reached its maximum position, shown in dashed lines in FIG . When the trough is tilted down, the arm s is pressed down from the direction w, in which it has reached the right by turning the crank I , through the hub u, before the trough assumes its lowest position, into the horizontal rest position. As soon as the arm s assumes this position, the linkage n, 0, p. the clutch claw c returned to its middle rest position, whereby the transmission has been switched off.
