Verfahren zur Darstellung von Nuclein-Eisenverbindungen.Process for the preparation of nucleic iron compounds.
Chem. Centralbl. 1906, II, S. 134—35).It is known that the nucleins contained in yeast extracts are insoluble with iron salts provide iron-containing nucleic compounds; (see patent specification 194950, class 12 p). Further it is known that nucleic acids combine with protein to form nuclein-like compounds (cf. Chem. Centralbl. 1906, II, pp. 134-35).
It has now been found that nucleic iron compounds can also be synthesized which have the advantage of greater purity and a higher content of iron and phosphorus over those obtained from yeast or other crude nucleic compounds. > This is self-explanatory, there are other substances of unknown nature are included in addition to the Hefeauszügen Nucleinen that do not iii'reinem states are isolated that remain mixed with the Eisennucleinverbindungen.
But if you leave pure nucleic acids according to the present process, which one after various Methods can easily represent on pure iron protein compounds or pure protein or its derivatives or degradation products on pure nucleic acid iron or finally iron salts on a mixture or one on synthetic Ways obtained connection of pure nucleic acid and pure protein act, so naturally a pure compound is obtained, provided that the specified components are connect at all. The latter is now true, as can be seen from the properties of the new products and through the analysis. In the synthetic ones made by the present process Nucleine iron compounds ■ can only be used to describe the individual components demonstrate extensive cleavage with acids or alkalis. They are aquatic and organic Solvents insoluble, easily soluble in kaiten, very dilute alkali solutions by adding form salts with the bases in question, which form with soluble salts of alkaline earths and Convert heavy metals to insoluble alkaline earth and heavy metal salts. From the alkaline point of view Solution, the new compounds are deposited unchanged by hydrochloric acid. The alkali salts of the new bodies are easily soluble in water, the alkaline earth salts and Heavy metal salts difficult or insoluble. In the alkaline solutions of the synthetic Nucleic iron compounds, sulfuric ammonium solution only produces a green color, initially a precipitate after standing for a long time. Phosphoric acid can be found in the products through the common reagents can only be detected after degradation or incineration. The usual Protein reagents precipitate the alkaline solutions of the new bodies.
All of the Protein bodies of animal or vegetable origin and those from animal organs and Nucleic acids obtained from products or plant cells, such as yeast, thymus, pancreas, Use tritico, paranucleic acid.
The composition of the new compounds varies depending on the type of applied Protein bodies and the proportions of the individual components.
Die Verbindungen werden durch Säuren ausgefällt; sollen, sie in der Wärme abgeschiedenThe compounds are precipitated by acids; should, they deposited in the warmth
The order of bringing them together the individual components can be modified in various ways; she is not the essence of the process, but the synthetic representation of compounds of Nucleic acid, protein and iron, which so far only consisted of. crude nucleins by the action of Iron salts were represented.
