Abstract

The toilet roll holder has a support plate and a top plate with serrated edge wherein the toilet roll is mounted on a push-in spindle which is axially secured by a permanent magnet. The spindle comprises a tubular hollow shaft with a handle cover at one end and a false cover plate at the other to which the magnet is screwed. The permanent magnet which is mounted on one end side interacts with a steel plate screwed onto a bearing disc to keep the spindle in position. The bearing disc is screwed onto one of the arms of the holder and to replace the toilet roll the spindle is inserted through the other arm of the holder and then pushed through the new toilet roll until it abuts the bearing disc where it is held by the magnet.
