Man könnte zwar daran
Fastening device with counter nut pressing against the support for measuring instruments with a rectangular cross-section, preferably deep-profile instruments, for group-wise installation in a control panel to be attached to the control panel by pressing the measuring instrument against the control panel by means of pressure screws held on its housing jacket Do not use the cross-section, as a band placed around the housing fits well on the side edges, but spreads in the TNI-center of the surface. Therefore, there is no even pressure transfer, and if the pressure screws are not placed on the side edges, so there is a misalignment of the screws u nd poor fit of the frame holding the screws. One could think of providing a rigid frame instead of the elastic band. However, the attachment of such a frame is inexpedient when it comes to the assembly of control panel instruments to attach the instruments so close next to each other and on top of each other that their front frames butt against each other as much as possible. The free space between the instrument housings is very small in this case. In another known device, the pressure screws are held by U-shaped brackets seated on the side surfaces of the instrument housing. Since the brackets are attached to the side surfaces of the housing, it is difficult to close them. remove if the instruments are very close together. in the borderline case so close that their front frames butted against each other, are attached to the mounting plate. The removal of a single instrument, e.g. B. from a group of instruments mounted next to or one above the other is not easily possible. This includes not only loosening the pressure screw, but also removing the retaining bracket from the instrument housing, since the instrument is pulled forward out of the mounting plate. However, the angle of the bracket must have a greater overhang than the. clear distance of the cutout of the mounting plate is.
It is also known to have panel measuring instruments with a fastening device
to be provided, which is done by means of supports attached to the rear of the instrument.
These supports are essentially designed as a one-piece bracket or a cap,
one end of which presses against the control panel and the other end on the back
of the instrument.
was z.
In contrast, according to the invention, the -, I # n # order is made such that
that the support brackets are offset from the central axis of the instrument
additional adjusting screws inserted into their support legs make them effective
The length can be changed. This ensures that when the units are built closely together
Measuring instruments of rectangular cross-section which are attached offset from the central axis
Support brackets do not seem to hinder each other, while on the other hand they do
the full space between the files located under the control panel
-Measuring instrument housing is used. Even if the measuring instruments are very close together
mounted on the control panel can easily be selected from a group of assembled
Instruments of any of these alone. But you can continue to do so
the support brackets are easily adapted to different cross-sections of the control panel
because the additional adjusting screws are screwed in more or less deeply
can be. This is important when a switchboard has different thicknesses,
what z. B. in switch cabinets.
Partition walls, etc., can be used for attachment.
steht
a befestigt.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The attachment for a measuring instrument of a rectangular cross-section is sawn b from two holding supports, which run out into a c Kraggen and the adjusting screw with the claw e d stopped. After the measuring instrument a has been inserted through the opening g of the control panel h, the two holding supports b are fastened to the bottom k of the measuring instrument a by means of the associated g head screw f. In order for horizontal mounting of the instrument a tipping of the support posts b to avoid by the own weight of the measuring instrument a go of the collar c wing-like flaps in from, with which the support post on the floor of the 'measuring instrument a supported.
It is advisable to use the adjusting screw for the thickness of the respective switchboard before the support brackets are attached to the instrument. z. B. h or h ', set so far that only a few turns of the adjusting screw d suffice when attaching the support brackets b to achieve a firm and durable instrument attachment zit. The adjusting screw d is dimensioned in such a way that all panel thicknesses can be taken into account.
The claw e is provided to prevent the adjusting screw d from dodging when tightening. This is easily and directly connected to the adjusting screw d . It has projections 1 with which it slides past the measuring instrument when the adjusting screw d is screwed inwards or outwards: a, so that the claw cannot turn.
When changing the measuring instrument a, the two cap screws f need only be removed with a screwdriver. The holding set b can then be easily pulled out and the measuring instrument a removed. The support bracket b is expediently manufactured as an injection-molded part.
