Witterungsbeständige Konstruktionsplatte
Konstruktionsplatten aus schlagzähen Kunststoffen, z.B. schlagfestem Polystyrol und ABS-Polymerisaten sind bekannt. Sie sind für den Außeneinsatz i.a. ungeeignet, weil sie nicht witterungsbeständig sind.
Man hat daher bereits solche Platten mit einer dünnen witterungsbeständigen Schutzschicht, z.B. aus Polyacrylaten sowie Polymethylmethacrylat versehen. Alle geeigneten witterungsbeständigen Schutzschichten sind aber spröde.
Wird eine mit einer solchen Schutzschicht versehene Platte gebogen, so daß die Schutzschicht auf Zug beansprucht wird, dann reißt sie. Dieser Riß überträgt sich in das an sich elastische und schlagfeste Material der Platte. Platten dieser Art sind also praktisch nur bedingt brauchbar.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine witterungsbeständige Konstruktionsplatte aus
a) einer 1.8 - 5 mm starken Grundschicht aus einem schlagfesten Polystyrol oder ABS-Polymerisat,
b) einer 0.05 - 1 mm starken elastischen Zwischenschicht aus Polyurethan, Polyester, Styrol-Butadien-Copolymerisaten, Weich-Polyvinylchlorid oder Äthylen-Propylen-Terpolymeri-

c) einer 0.05 - 0.3 nun starken witterungsbeständigen Deckschicht aus einem Polyacrylat.
Die Grundschicht "besteht bevorzugt aus einem ABS-Polymerisat, besonders bevorzugt aus einem Pfropfpolymerisat von Styrol und Acrylnitril auf einen Dienkautschuk (z.B. Polybutadien oder Styrol-Butadien-Copolymer.isat), das gegebenenfalls noch ein Styrol-Acrylnitril-Copolymerisat zugemischt enthält.
Die Zwischenschicht besteht bevorzugt aus einem thermoplastischen, extrudierbaren Polyurethan.
Die Druckschicht besteht bevorzugt aus Polymethylmethacrylat.
Die Platten können z.B. durch !Coextrusion der Schichten hergestellt werden oder durch Herstellung der einzelnen Schichten und Verpressen zur Verbundplatte.

    a) einer 1.8 - 5 mm starken Grundschicht aus einem schlagfesten Polystyrol oder ABS-Polymerisat,
    b) einer 0.05 - 1 mm starken elastischen Zwischenschicht aus Polyurethan, Polyester, Styrol-Butadien-Copolymerisaten, ¥eich-Polyvinylchlorid oder Äthylen-Propylen-Terpolymerisatkautschuk,
    c) einer 0.05 - 0.3 mm starken witterungsbeständigen Deckschicht aus einem Polyacrylat.
