Grabenpflug Description The subject of the invention is a Grabenpilug (plow-like
Tip connected to a screw conveyor ') for the purpose of digging a trench in
adjustable depth and in a certain width, such trenches were
mostly excavated manually with a shovel and pick, or these days are more common
excavated by construction machinery (backer, shovel, caterpillar etcT). The first procedure
is expensive because of the many hours worked, the second method because of the expensive ones
Machine hour for the backer. In addition, a backer is often busy and difficult
to be used in narrow spaces
Way fixed. It can also be used more easily by small construction companies, private individuals or
Builders, farmers and allotment gardeners are acquired and deployed. The pace of work
is still superior to a clumsy backer.
Der antrieb des Grabenpfluges kann vielfältig sein. The drive of the ditch plow can be varied.
durch die Drehbewegung weiter nach hinten also durch das Rohr befördert.(E.g. self-propelled, i.e. coupled with the towed frame, or
Compressed air hydraulics or El.-ffjotor) The function is simple: The real one
Trench plow consists of a split pipeCFig0a'1) and a continuous screw conveyor (2)
The pipe is attached to the carriage frame (3) by means of a swivel joint. A gear (4) is included
coupled to the drive element (5)
Sydraulik or Breßluftaggregat (6) on. The device can be pulled using the actuator (9)
0 The auger has a plow-like syringe (7) at the front, which by means of a cylinder (8)
is pushed down into the earth and digs as soon as the trench plow is pulled
the seats are as low as they were set by the cylinder, into the ground, and they are lifted out
the tip is hollowed out like a boat of a sewing machine, the earth will not
displaced forwards, but pushed backwards into the snail, and by this
by the rotary movement further backwards through the pipe.
Grab enpf lug Description continued Fig.b and c shows the tip
more clear. The central strut (Fig.c, 11) is provided for attachment, while the
both side struts (10) serve to pass the thrown earth
to leave, but to reject larger stones so that the snail does not get wedged.
If a larger stone appears, it must be removed manually.
starr miteinander verbunden. Siehe auch Fig.e,l8.The Fig.d (sheet 2) shows the drive, which by I; ilotor (13) and drive wheel (14)
driven disc (15) is by means of welds (16), worm (2) and struts (17)
rigidly connected to each other. See also Fig.e, 18.
The disc is between the two tubes (1) by radial bearings (19)
and thrust bearings (20).
Each flange (21,22) accommodates a bearing, and a ring (23) closes them
The driven disk is removed from the inside by means of an O-ring (24)
sealed0 At the end of the screw a carriage reaching underneath can be attached, whereby
the earth is charged immediately.
