Nach dem Hauptpatent werden Elektroden für alkalische Sammler derart hergestellt, daß die wirksame Masse in Metalltuch von großer Feinheit eingepastet und verrieben wird, wodurch der Zusatz inaktiver pulverförmiger Leitmittel unnötig wird.· So pastiertes Metalltuch, wird dann in geeignete Formen, z. B. zu walzenförmigen Gebilden zusammengelegt. Nach vorliegender Erfindung geschieht dies in der Weise, daß mit aktiver Masse gepastete Metallgaze- oder Metalltuchstreifen einzeln oder in Lagen aufeinandergelegt, oder daß die Streifen gefalzt, gerollt oder durch Pressen in Formen-als Oxyd-Metallgaze-Kuchen oder -Stangen erhalten werden.
