Abstract

"Icy Road" warning sign board comprises transparent front plate. Rear plate of equal in size is mounted parallel to front plate. The front plate has painted on its back a warning symbol in the same colour as the entire front side of back plate. When the liquid between the plates freezes it obscures the background leaving the warning symbol exposed to view.
