Die Erfindung betrifft eine Übergangskupplung mit wagerecht schwenkbarem Kuppelkopf , der durch zwei winklig zueinander stehende Stützflächen der Zugstangen in den Endlagen festgelegt wird. Gemäß der Erfindung ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß mit diesen Flächen eine auf dem Kuppelkopf senkrecht drehbare, gleichfalls eine Stützfläche aufweisende Klappe zusammenarbeitet. Hierdurch wird eine Feststellvorrichtung erzielt, die die bisher bekannten Konstruktionen an Einfachheit der Konstruktion und in der Leichtigkeit der Handhabung und Sicherheit der Sperrwirkung erheblich übertrifft. Es sind dabei keine besonderen Befestigungsbolzen erforderlich, die eine Feststellung nur in einer bestimmten gegenteiligen Lage der Teile zulassen. Die Klappe fällt vielmehr' auch dann in die richtige Lage ein, wenn sie etwa vor vollständigem Herumschwenken des Kuppelkopfes in die jeweilige Lage umgelegt worden sein sollte.
