Zusatz zum Patente 231055 vom 23. Juli 1909.
Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 16. April 1910 ab. Längste Dauer: 22.JuIi 1924.
Im Hauptpatent wurde ausgeführt, daß es sich als wünschenswert erwiesen hat, die Immunstoffe
aus spezifischem Tuberkuloseserum zu isolieren. Ein Weg zur Erreichung dieses Zieles besteht nach dem Hauptpatent darin,
das Serum in innige Berührung mit Tuberkelbazillen zu bringen, wodurch eine Verankerung
der Immunstoffe an die Leibessubstanzen der Tuberkelbazillen erfolgt.
Bei weiterer Ausarbeitung der Erfindung hat sich nun herausgestellt, daß es vorteilhaft
ist, an Stelle der Tuberkelbazillen selbst die löslichen Präparate aus Tuberkelbazillen,
wie Tuberkulin oder Extrakte aus intakten oder zerriebenen Tuberkelbazillen zu verwenden.
Beim Zusammenbringen des spezifischen Serums mit diesen Extrakten treten Fällungen
auf, die die Abscheidung der mit den spezifischen Antigenen vereinigten Immunstoffe ermöglichen.

Claims (1)
- Pate nt- An s pru ch:Abänderung des Verfahrens des Patents 231OSS, darin bestehend, daß man spezifisches Tuberkulose-Immunserum statt auf Tuberkelbazillen auf Tuberkulin oder andere Extrakte von Tuberkelbazillen einwirken läßt und die so erhaltenen entgifteten und mit spezifischen Schutzstoffen beladenen Tuberkelbazillen-Antigene nach Abtrennung des Serums auf Emulsionen verarbeitet. 4c
