Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet ein Druckluftanlaßventil für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen. The present invention provides a compressed air inlet valve for internal combustion engines.
Die Druckluft anlaßventile bekannter Art haben häufig den Nachteil, daß sie flattern und unruhig und unsicher arbeiten. Diese Nachteile werden durch die vorliegende Erfindung in einfacher Weise beseitigt.The compressed air starting valves of the known type often have the disadvantage that they flutter and work restless and insecure. Der Entlastungskolben setzt sich nach oben fort und trägt dort den besonderen Steuerkolben d, dessen nach innen gekehrte Fläche unter Atmosphärendruck steht. Um diesen zu sichern, ist, wie die Zeichnung ersehen läßt, die Federbüchse durch eine Öffnung mit der Außenluft in Verbindung gesetzt. Die Steuerung erfolgt dadurch, daß Preßluft durch den Kanal f in den Raum g gelassen wird. Die zum Steuern dienende Preßluft drückt dann auf die ganze Fläche des Kolbens d, welcher so groß ist, daß das Ventil noch mit Sicherheit geöffnet und auch offen gehalten wird, selbst wenn der im Motorzylinder herrschende Druck größer ist als die Pressung der zum Steuern dienenden Luft.
