- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren, Brot und anderes Gebäck mit einer Schutzhülle zu versehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teig in eine allseitig verschließbare Hülle gepreßt und mit der völlig geschlossenen Hülle zusammen gebacken wird.
