werden in der Metallfolie auf ihrem gesamten Flächenbereich Wirbelströme induziert, deren Dichte vom Rand der
Folie zii deren Mitte hin abnimmt. Dementsprechend bildet
sich in der Folie ein von außen nach innen erstreckendes Wärmegefälle, das insofern vorteilhaft ist, da im Randbe-.
"reich der Folie die Heißklebeschicht erschmolzen werden
muß. Da aber in diesem Bereich auch ein Teil der erzeugten Wärme in den anliegenden Behälterrana abfließt, baut sich
in der Ringzone der Folie nahe dem auf dem Behälterrand aufliegenden Randbereich eine !Temperatur auf, die höher ist
als die im Raiidbereieh. Da aus dieser Zone die Wärme nicht
abgeleitet wird, entsteht SChUeBIiCh1 bis der Randbereich
gerade richtig erhitzt ist, eine Überhitzung der Heißklebeschicht, die insbesondere bei. rascher Erwärmung so hoch sein
kann, daß die Heißklebeschicht verbrennt.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Hochfrequenzverschließvorrichtung
zu schaffen, mit der eine Überhitzung der Verschlußfolie vermieden wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß
der Hochfrequenzspule ein Konzentrator zugeordnet ist, welcher mit der Hochfrequenzspule induktiv gekoppelt ist
und mit dem die Metallfolie induktiv koppelbar ist.
Die Vorrichtung nach*der Erfindung hat den Vorteil, daß, da
eine Verbrennung der Heißsiegelschicht ausgeschlossen ist, im Behälter und in dem verpackten Gut kein Verbrennungsgeruch und -geschmack erzeugt werden. Ferner ist durch den
Konzentrator eine geringere Induktionsleistung nötig. Außerdem erfolgt nach Abschalten der Hochfrequenz-Erwärmung eine
rasche Abkühlung, so daß sich kein Gas- bzxtf. Dampfdruck des
Füllgutes aufbauen kann.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und vjird im folgenden näher beschrieben.

Eine Flasche 10 aus thermoplastischen Kunststoff, bcispielsvj
ei se Polystyrol, mit einem Plansch 11 am C\Cf rrangsrand soll
mit einem Plattchen 12 verschlossen werden, das aus einer Aluminiumfolie 13 mit einer Heißklebeschicht.14, beispielsweise
einem Heißsiegellack oder einen thermoplastischen
Kunststoff, besteht. Das Plättchen 12, dessen Außendurchmesser im wesentlichen gleich dem des Flansches 11 j st,
wird ziuG. Verschließen der Flasche 10 mit seiner Heißklebeschicht
14 auf den Flansch 11 aufgelegt. r .
Zum Verschweißen oder Versiegeln des Plättchens 12 nit dem
Flansch 11 der Flasche 10 preßt ein Stempel 20 aus isolierendem Material das Plättchen 12 auf den Flansch mit einem gewissen
Druck. Der Stempel 20 hat stirnseitir eine zylindrische
Aussparung 21, in der eine Induktorschleife 22 und ein Konzentrator
23 eingesetzt sind. Die Induktorschleife 22, die
aus einem hohlen, elektrisch leitenden Rechteckprofilmaterial besteht, hat zwei Anschlüsse 24, 25» welche über eine Hochfrequenzleitung
26 mit einem Hochfrequenzgenerator verbunden sind. Die Induktorschleife 22 und die Anschlüsse 24, 25 sind
außerdem an einen Kühlwasserkreislauf angeschlossen. Unterhalb der Induktorschleife 22 ist durch eine dünne Isolierschicht
27 getrennt der Konzentrator 23 angeordnet. Dieser
besteht aus einem geschlitzten Ring aus einem- elektrisch .

leitendem Material bzw. Kupfer mit Rechteckquerschnitt. Der Innendurchmesser und der Außendurchmesser der Induktorschleife
22 und des Konzentrators 23 sind im wesentlichen gleich denen des Flansches 11 der Flasche 10. Die der Oberseite des Plättchens zugewandte Unterseite des Konzentrators
23 trägt eine dünne Isolierschicht 28, welche ebenso wie die Isolierschicht 27 zwischen der Induktorschleif e 22 und den
Konzentrator 23 aus einen elektrisch schlecht leitendem Stoff, beispielsweise ans einem im Plasraa-Spritzverfahren aufgebrachten
Metalloxyd hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit, besteht. Zum
Versiegeln oder Verschweißen des Plättchens 12 mit dem Flansch 11 der Flasche 10 drückt der Stempel "20 das Plättchen
12 auf den Flansch 11. Während dieses Aufpressens wird die Induktorschleife 22 kurzzeitig, beispielsweise xfährend
einer halben Sekunde oder kürzer, mit einem hochfrequenten Wechselstrom erregt. Dabei werden durch das wechselnde Induktionsfeld
30, das die Induktorschleife 22 umgibt, im Konzentrator
23 auf dessen radialen Innen--und Außenflächen Ströme
hoher Dichte erzeugt, deren Richtung gegensinnig ist. Diese Ströme erzeugen ihrerseits zwei gegensinnige Induktionsfelder
31, 32, deren Feldstärke im mittleren senkrechten Bereich des
Konzentrators 23 besonders hoch verdichtet ist. Die beiden

Aluminiumfolie 13 des Plättchens 12 Wirbelströme, die eine
besonders hohe Dichte in Deckungsbereich der Aluminiumfolie
13 des Plättchens 12 mit dem Konzentrator 23 und dem. Flansch
11 haben. Dadurch bildet sich in diesem Bereich der Aluminiumfolie
13 eine relativ hohe Wärmemenge, welche die Heißklebeschicht 14 in diesem Bereich aufschmilzt. Das geschmolzene
Material haftet am Plansch 11 der Plasche 10 und erstarrt nach dem Abschalten des Hochfrequenzstromes rasch. Das Erstarren
der Schmelze "wird durch die Wasserkühlung der Induktorschleife 22 beschleunigt. Das Kühlwasser führt nämlich
die in der Indulrt or schleife 22 und im Konzentrator 23 erzeugte
Wärme ab. Bei jedem Erwärmungsvorgang wird auch ia Konzentrator 23 3e nach Werkstoffauswahl und Abmessungen
eine bestimmte 'wärmemenge erzeugt. Der größte Teil dieser Wärmemenge wird nach dem Ausschalten des hochfrequenten
Stromes sehr rasch durch die dünne Isolierschicht 27 an den einwindigen Induktor 22 und der restliche Teil an das Plättchen
12 abgegeben.

Claims (5)
1.J Vorrichtung zum Verschließen von Behältern aus nicht
netallischein Material mit einer heißklebefähig beschichteten
Metallfolie "mit einem-Preß s temp el aus isolierendem
Material und einer an diesen befestigten Hoch frequenzspule, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hochfrequenzspule
(22) ein Konzentrator (23) zugeordnet ist, welcher mit der Hochfrecjuenzsp\ile (22) induktiv gekoppelt
ist und mit dem die Metallfolie induktiv koppel bar ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Konzentrator (23) aus einera geschlitzten Metallring
besteht.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Konzentrator (23) die gleiche Weite' hat wie die Hochfrequenzspule (22) und axial neben dieser auf der Stempelstirnseite
angeordnet ist.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Konzentrator (23) durch je eine dünne Isolierschicht
(27j 28) von der Hochfrequenzspule (22) und von der Metallfolie
(12) getrennt ist. · .<
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Isolierschichten (2?» 28) aus einem Metalloxyd bestehen
