In beiliegender Zeichnung zeigt Fig. 1 den Querschnitt, Fig. 2 die Oberansicht des Stopfens, der die Form einer Kapsel mit glattem oder kreisförmig gewelltem Boden und konischem Rand hat. Er wird aus Pappdeckel oder Papierzeug (aus Lumpen, Spinnereiabfällen, Holzstoff, Espartogras u. s. w.) durch Pressen in heifsen Formen hergestellt.
