Verfahren zum Ätzen von Thioindigo- und Indigofarbstoffen.Process for etching thioindigo and indigo dyes.

Im Patent 213474 ist ein Verfahren zum
Ätzen von Thioindigo- und Indigofarbstoffen unter Verwendung einer Ätzfarbe aus Zinnoxydul
und Alkali beschrieben.
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man in diesem Verfahren als Reduktionsmittel statt Zinnoxydul
auch. Traubenzucker oder ähnliche Kohlehydrate in Gegenwart von Alkali verwenden
kann. Diese Mittel sind bisher nur zu dem entgegengesetzten Zweck, nämlich
zum Fixieren von Küpenfarbstoffen beim Färben oder Drucken, benutzt worden.Patent 213474 describes a method for etching thioindigo and indigo dyes using an etching color made from tin oxide and alkali.
