Der vorliegende eiserne Oberbau besteht aus einer aus zwei gewalzten Profileisen zusammengenieteten durchgehenden Langschwelle A und der darauf ruhenden Stahlschiene B. Die Verbindung beider Theile geschieht durch Bolzen C, die von oben durch die Schiene B hindurchgesteckt, dann herumgedreht und durch je einen Keil D fest angezogen werden. Der untere Theil des Bolzens C erhält zwei Nasen i, welche unter die angewalzten Rippen e der Langschwelle A greifen. Eine Drehung des Bolzens C wird dadurch verhütet, dafs der Keil D in einer in der inneren Vertiefung der Schiene B befindlichen Rille r eine Führung erhält.
