The invention relates to a pneumatic conveyor trough, consisting of at least two, connected by flanges connected sections, each with an upper trough open at the bottom and a lower trough open at the top have, which are positively connected by a releasable intermediate means, as well as from one between the Upper trough and the lower trough arranged air-permeable conveyor floor, which extends in the conveying direction Edge sections each has a bead-like thickening,
A generic pneumatic conveyor trough is known, the upper trough sections of which with the respectively assigned lower trough sections are positively connected to a metal profile. Schließlich ist die Montage und Demontage der bekannten pneumatischen Förderrinne , die aus dutzendenConveying trough a self-contained circumferential flange is provided which is screwed to the flange of the other section associated with this flange. For the purpose of sealing, an elastic seal is arranged between the two flanges of a flange connection. This known pneumatic conveyor trough has the disadvantage that the seal between the edge sections of the upper or lower trough and the slot bar is only imperfect. One has therefore already gone over to gluing the upper and lower trough sections with the protective strip. Such an adhesive connection is disadvantageous insofar as the loosening of the upper and lower trough sections during repairs or when it is necessary to replace the conveyor floor is not possible or only possible with great difficulty. Another disadvantage of the known conveyor trough 5 "is that when the conveyor floor is replaced, the entire trough, which can have a length of several hundred meters, has to be moved in the conveying direction, otherwise the flange connection cannot be released and one or several sections of the chute cannot be dismantled. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the elastic connection between two adjacent chute sections leads to a very unstable construction which is sensitive to any transverse forces has the same length as the sections of the upper and lower troughs, the joints in the conveyor floor result in a considerable loss of air which cannot be used profitably for the conveyance that the material which is to be conveyed with the gutter tends to build up at the joints over time. Finally, the assembly and disassembly of the well-known pneumatic conveyor trough, which consists of dozen

oder gar hunderten von Abschnitten bestehen kann, außerordentlich zeitraubend*or even hundreds of sections, extraordinary time consuming *
The invention is based on the object of the known pneumatic To improve conveyor trough avoiding the above disadvantages and to create a conveyor trough that is simplest Installation of any conveying lengths a sufficient seal between the upper and lower trough sections and the intermediate means and in which a one-piece continuous conveyor floor is to be used for any conveying length. Everyone should Section of the conveyor trough can be dismantled in the simplest possible manner without the need for movement in the aial direction.
Die Montage des Förderbodens erfolgtAs a solution to this problem it is provided according to the invention that the intermediate means in the manner of a profile cord elastic material is formed, which on its upper side facing the upper trough has a vertically extending first groove-shaped Recess for the lower edge section of the upper trough and on its side facing the lower trough a vertically extending one has a second groove-shaped recess for the upper edge portion of the lower trough and on its facing the conveyor floor Inside a horizontally extending third groove-shaped recess for an edge portion of the conveyor floor, which on their closed end is provided with a bead-like thickening of the conveyor floor associated expansion. In preferred In an embodiment of the invention, the first and second recesses can taper from the inside to the outside be. With the inventive conveyor trough can therefore a Conveyors of any length in the so-called. Dabei kann bevorzugt ein korrosionsfreies Material wie nichtrostender Stahl Verwendung finden.by pressing the edge sections into the horizontally running one Recess of the profile cord, in the assembled state the ■ Bead-like thickening on an edge section of the conveyor floor is held in the corresponding recess and seals it at the same time »With the invention, not only that as Profile cord formed intermediate means are formed endlessly but it can also be preferably made of a fabric existing conveyor floor be formed endless, so that the guard parts described above one of several Sections of existing conveyor floor cannot occur. When assembling the conveyor trough, the upper and lower sections can be pushed into the elastic profile cord in the simplest way from above or below. As the profile cord keeps the conveyor floor, which regularly consists of a fabric, under tension, can rely on a support of the conveyor floor, for example with a perforated plate, can be dispensed with. It has been shown that to avoid overstretching the The fabric of the conveyor floor is extremely advantageous if a fabric is used whose weft threads with metal threads are reinforced. A corrosion-free Material such as stainless steel can be used.
The seal can preferably not be mounted wider than the section between the two flanges when mounted, so that a good Sealing effect is to be achieved. Can be used as a rigid spacer Short pipe sleeves arranged between the flanges are used, through which connecting screws held with nuts are led. The length of the pipe sleeves is less than the thickness of the rubber seal when not installed, with Such a flange connection not only avoids squeezing the soft di rectification, but also avoids it. will in addition, an extremely high stability of the conveyor trough

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a flange arranged at the end of a section of the conveyor trough is designed to be split in the parting line between the upper and lower trough, so that after loosening the corresponding connecting screws , a section of an upper or lower trough can be taken up or down. This is particularly useful when repairing the conveyor floor. Such a split flange can preferably be connected to a bracket at its parting line.
