Claims (15)

1. Gebäude, insbesondere ein Einfamilien-, Reihen-, Dop­ pel- oder Kettenhaus, mit mindestens einem gemeinsam oder getrennt nutzbaren Erd- und Obergeschoß, einem konzipierten Treppenhaus und einer im Erd- und Ober­ geschoß konzipierten Naßzelle, dessen Grundriß an individuelle Bedürfnisse anpaßbar und bei veränderten Nutzungsvoraussetzungen wirtschaftlich veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebäude (1) von einer Gebäudehülle umschlossen ist, die mittels der Querwandbauweise aus vorgefertigten tragenden Beton­ platten (4 bis 4x) errichtet ist, die durch mindestens eine Queraussteifung (7a) und Längsaussteifung (7; 12, 12a) in der Weise stabilisiert sind, daß sich sowohl im Erd- als auch im Obergeschoß eine großflächige flexibel ausbaubare Raumhülle (19 bis 19b bzw. 10,20a) ausbildet, die mittels statisch nicht wirksamen Innen­ wänden (31) individuell gestaltbar und veränderbar ist.1.
