Der erfindungegemäße Integrationsbaustein sieht vor, daß beim Übereinanderanordnen jeweils der obere Rahmen 8 des unteren Bausteines 13 den unteren Rahmen 3 des oberen Bausteines 14 formschlüssig und dichtend hintergreift und die Bausteine 13, 14 untereinander mittels der Außenwandscheibe 16 kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
Dabei kann der untere Rahmen 3 als ein mit seinen Stegen nach außen gerichtetes, senkrecht gestelltes, umlaufendes U-Profil ausgebildet sein, in dem unlösbar eine an sich bekannte, in sich geschlossene monolithische Deckenscheibe als Fußboden 5 angeordnet ist, und der obere Rahmen aus einem umlaufenden T-Profil mit senkrecht nach oben gerichtetem Steg besteht, der den senkrechten Mittelsteg des U-Profils des Rahmens 3 hintergreift und auf dessen einer Flanschhälfte die Stahlbetondecke 7 innenseitig auflagernd angeordnet ist.

Die Integrationsbausteine 13 und 14 bestehen aus einem aus Stahlprofilen gebildeten Grundgerüst, dessen unterer Rahmen 3 durch Stützen 6 mit einem oberen Rahmen 8 zu einem statischen Quader verbunden sind. Mit der abgeschlossenen Montage der Integrationsbausteine 13 zum Erdgeschoß ist die Funktionsfähigkeit des Erdgeschosses komplett hergestellt. Nach Fertigstellung der Restmalerarbeiten im Bereich der Anschlüsse und der Fußbodenlegerarbeiten ist die innere funktionelle Nutzung ohne weiteres möglich.
Nachdem das Erdgeschoß montiert ist, wird die Montage des 1. Obergeschosses mit Integrationsbausteinen 14 an einem Giebel beginnend vorgenommen.
Bevor jedoch die Montage des 1. Obergeschosses beginnt, muß über die freiliegenden Stege des T-Profils des oberen Rahmens 8 eine Gummidichtung 9 gestülpt werden. Die Montage erfolgt sodann in gleicher Weise wie die Montage der Integrationsbausteine 13 im Erdgeschoß. Die Integrationsbausteine 13 und 14 sind dann übereinander angeordnet, ohne kraftschlüssig verbunden zu sein. Ihr Verbund wird in dieser Phase der Montage durch reinen Formschluß erreicht.

Auch solche Bauelemente wie Balkone, Erker, Loggien und ähnliches sind problemlos einbindbar.

Integrationsbauverfahren zur Herstellung von Gebäuden, insbesondere Wohngeschoßbauten, Reihenhäuser, Einfamilienhäuser, Hotel-, Büro-, Gewerbe- und Industriegebäude, bei dem sich selbst tragende Bausteine aus konventionellen Baumaterialien montagegerecht vorgefertigt und diese am Bauort individuell in Größe und Form zu einem Gebäude montiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß man von innen nach außen baut, indem zunächst die einzelnen sich selbst tragenden Bausteine nur formschlüssig verbunden werden und anschließend die innere Funktionsfähigkeit dieser Bausteine so hergestellt wird, daß dieselben eine im wesentlichen bezugsfertige Innenschalenkompakteinheit, beispielsweise bereits nutzbare Gas-, Wasser- und Sanitärinstallation, Elektroinstallation, Heizung, Oberflächenbehandlung, Möbelelementeneinbau erhalten, bevor der statisch bestimmte Kraftschluß der Bausteine untereinander durch die Herstellung des Außenmauerwerkes, der Verankerung von Außenmauerwerk und Baustein, der Dämmung und ggf. der Verklinkerung vorgenommen wird.
