Claims (9)

1. Helm (10), insbesondere Fahrradhelm,
  • - mit einem Kopfband (20) auf der Innenseite (30) der Helmöffnung (14),
  • - mit mehreren Befestigungseinrichtungen (26, 34) des Kopfbandes (20) an dem Helm (10),
  • - mit einer ersten Längen-Verstellvorrichtung (40) für das Kopfband (20) zum längenmäßigen Anpassen des Kopfbandes (20) an die Kopfgröße einer den Helm (10) tragenden Person,
  • - mit einer zweiten Längen-Verstellvorrichtung (50, 54) für das Kopfband zum längenmäßigen Anpassen des Kopfbandes (20) an die Größe der Helmöffnung (14) und damit an die Helmgröße,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
  • - zumindest eine stufenlose zweite Längen-Verstellvor­ richtung (50, 54) vorhanden ist.

  • - die beiden freien Enden des um den vorderen Bereich (32) der Helmöffnung herumgeführten Bandteils (20.2) des Kopfbandes (20) relativ verstellbar sind zu den beiden freien Enden des um den hinteren Bereich (36) der Helmöffnung (14) herumgeführten Bandteils (20.1) des Kopfbandes (20).
