Abstract

Claims (6)

1. Pneumatische Welle zum Halten einer Rolle (6) Bahnmate­ rial, gekennzeichnet durch:
einen länglichen Wellenkörper (3), der eine Wellenachse (A) und eine äußere zylindrische Wellenoberfläche (30) aufweist, die mit mindestens drei, sich longitudinal erstreckenden Blasenhalterillen (31) ausgebildet ist, wobei jede der Blasenhalterillen (31) im wesentlichen umgekehrt T-förmig ist und eine engere Zugangsöffnung (311), die in der Wellenoberfläche (30) ausgebildet ist, und einen breiteren Halteabschnitt (312) aufweist, der zwischen der Zugangsöffnung (311) und der Wellen­ achse (A) angeordnet ist;
einen Satz länglicher aufblasbarer Blasenglieder (411), von denen jedes in den Halteabschnitt (312) einer je­ weiligen der Halterillen (31) aufgenommen ist; und
mehrere Rollenkontaktstücke (412), von denen jedes eine schräge Seite (4122), die im Halteabschnitt (312) einer der Halterillen (31) angeordnet ist und in der einen der Halterillen (31) in Kontakt mit dem aufblasbaren Blasenglied (411) steht, und eine Rollenberührungsseite (4121) aufweist, die sich aus der einen der Halterillen (31) durch die Zugangsöffnung (311) der einen der Hal­ terillen (31) heraus erstreckt, wobei die Rollenberüh­ rungsseite (4121) eine distale Kontaktfläche (4120) aufweist;
wobei die Rollenkontaktstücke (412) einen Satz erster Rollenkontaktstücke (412A) und einen Satz zweiter Rol­ lenkontaktstücke (412B) aufweisen, wobei die distale Kontaktfläche (4120) der Rollenberührungsseite (4121) jedes der ersten Rollenkontaktstücke (412A) mit dem aufblasbaren Blasenglied (411) in der einen der Halte­ rillen (31) eine erste Höhe bildet, wobei die distale Kontaktfläche (4120) der Rollenberührungsseite (4121) jedes der zweiten Rollenkontaktstücke (412B) mit dem aufblasbaren Blasenglied (411) in der einen der Halte­ rillen (31) eine zweite Höhe bildet, wobei die zweite Höhe kürzer als die erste Höhe ist;
wodurch, wenn die Rolle (6) Bahnmaterial hülsenförmig auf dem Wellenkörper (3) angeordnet wird und wenn die aufblasbaren Blasenglieder (411) aufgeblasen werden, die distalen Kontaktflächen (4120) der Rollenberüh­ rungsseiten (4121) der ersten Rollenkontaktstücke (412A) die Rolle (6) Bahnmaterial zum Halten der Rolle (6) Bahnmaterial auf dem Wellenkörper (3) berühren, und die distalen Kontaktflächen (4120) der Rollenberüh­ rungsseiten (4121) der zweiten Rollenkontaktstücke (412B) die Rolle (6) Bahnmaterial zur stabilen Positio­ nierung der Rolle (6) Bahnmaterial auf dem Wellenkörper (3) berühren.
