Claims (2)

1. Vorrichtung zum Klemmen und Befestigen von Rohren, Kabeln, Schläuchen und Ähnlichem an beliebigen Strukturen und auch miteinander ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie
  • a) im offenen Zustand einen elliptischen Klemmring (1) mit einem Achsverhältnis der Achsen (4/5) von min. 1.08 bis max. 1.16 besitzt,
  • b) einen elliptischen Klemmring (1) besitzt, der unterschiedliche Banddicken aufweisen kann,
  • c) unterschiedlich schwer ausgeführt werden kann, z. B. auch als schwerer Rohrhalter bei Installati­ onen im Handwerk,
  • d) zwei Klemmringenden (2/3) mit den sich entsprechenden Anformungen aufweist, angepasst an die federnden Zungen (11/8) und den entsprechenden Anformungen (13/13'/13"),
  • e) Formschluß zwischen den Teilen (2/3), (11/3), (2/8) und dem Rohr, Schlauch oder Kabel etc. aufweist,
  • f) einen exakten Kreis ergibt, bedingt durch das Achsverhältnis der Ellipse im offenen Zustand und den Anformungen (13/13'),
  • g) einen exakt definierten Biegepunkt (14) aufweist,
  • h) einen exakt definierten Radius der Rastenreihen (10/10') (tangential), bestimmt durch den Biege­ punkt (14) aufweist,
  • i) einen exakt definierten Radius der Anformungen (13/13') bestimmt durch den Biegepunkt (14) aufweist.

  • b) einer speziell angeformten Kupplungsstelle (15) für handelsübliche Kupplungs- bzw. Dübelsysteme für verschiedene Strukturen,
  • c) einen speziell und direkt angeformten handelsüblichen Dübel (15) für verschiedene Strukturen,
  • d) einer angeformten Nase (16) zum Lösen des Systems mit Hilfe eines Flachschraubenziehers und der Öffnung (7),
  • e) einer Öffnung (7) die das System vor ungewolltem seitlichem Öffnen verriegelt,
  • f) den paarweise versetzt auf beiden Seiten der federnden Zunge (8) angeordneten Fortsätzen (9/9') nach unten,
  • g) einfacher Entformbarkeit durch die versetzte Anordnung der Fortsätze (9/9') nach unten an der Zunge (8).
