Abstract

Claims (12)

1. Verpackungsschale (1) für Lebensmittel, insbesondere Frischfleisch, mit einem Schalenboden (3), der einen zentralen, in etwa planen Bereich (12) zum Auflegen einer Saugeinlage besitzt, und mit einer sich vom Seitenrand des Schalenbodens (3) nach oben erstreckenden, umlaufenden Seitenwand (2), die mit dem Schalenboden (3) über einen abgerundeten Randbereich (4) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im abgerundeten Randbereich (4) zumindest bereichsweise im wesentlichen nebeneinander angeordnete und zum Inneren der Schale offene Kanäle vorhanden sind, die sich in etwa senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Randbereiches (4) erstrecken, und der Kanalboden der Kanäle an deren dem Schalenboden (3) zugewandten Ende nicht tiefer liegt als der zentralen Bereich (12) des Schalenbodens (3).1.
