Abstract

Granulating device comprises a slag channel (1); a chamber (2) with a spray head (3) and granulation channel (4); a granulation tank (8); a chimney (12); and a magnetic separator. The granulation channel having a length of 7-10 m and a semicircular shape rises at an angle of 2-5 [deg] to the tank. An opening (6) with a slide (7) is arranged at the start of the chamber above the slag channel. Three rows of nozzles having a length of at least 40 mm are arranged on the periphery of the spray head. A water pipe (10) with nozzles is arranged in the chamber along the granulation channel. Claims (2)
