Claims (12)

1. Metallblech (1) zur Wand- oder Dachabdeckung, wobei das Metallblech eine Längsrichtung und Kantenabschnitte hat, die nach einem Formvorgang des Metallblechs mit einem auf einer Stützstruktur befestigbaren Sperr- bzw. Sicherungs­ element in Eingriff kommen können, das Metallblech hat op­ tional eine widerstandsfähige bzw. abnutzungsfeste Ober­ flächenbeschichtung (2) auf wenigstens seiner einen Seite und eine entfernbare Schutzschicht (3), die in seiner Längsrichtung angeordnet ist, wie eine Kunststoffolie oder einen Kunststoffstreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die entfernbare Schutzschicht (3) nur auf einer Seite des Me­ tallblechs bereit gestellt wird und aus mehreren Längsbah­ nen bzw. -streifen (4, 5, 6) besteht, die in der Längsrich­ tung des Metallblechs angeordnet sind, wobei die Bahnen bzw. Streifen (4, 6), die einem freien Kantenabschnitt des Metallblechs am nächsten sind, eine benachbarte Bahn bzw. einen benachbarten Streifen (5) überlappen, so dass die Bahn oder der Streifen, die bzw. der dem freien Kantenab­ schnitt des Metallblechs am nächsten ist und diesen be­ deckt, vor oder nach einem Formvorgang eines solchen Kan­ tenabschnitts entfernt werden kann.1.
