Claims (4)

1. Punktaußenleuchte für Fahrzeuge, die sich außen an Fahrzeugen an­ bringen lässt, um die Konturen eines großen Fahrzeugs im dunkeln kenntlich zu machen und die vormontiert an einen Fahrzeugausrüster anschlussfertig geliefert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie abge­ stuft zylindrisch vollständig bis auf eine durchsichtige oder durchschei­ nende glockenförmige Kuppel (30) mit einem in der Kuppel (30) befindli­ chen Leuchtmittel (32) aus einem elastischen Material einschließlich ei­ nes Stromzuführungskabels (18) ummantelt ist, wobei ein im Durch­ messer größer als eine Einbauöffnung (14, 16) Zylinderabschnitt (28), der die Kuppel (30) mit dem Leuchtmittel (32) trägt, vor der Einbauöff­ nung (14, 16) verbleibt, während sich die Ummantelung nach innen zu einem Klemmabschnitt (20) und schließlich zu einem Knickschutz (22) für das Anschlusskabel (18) verjüngt.
2. Punktaußenleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmabschnitt (20) mehrere sich abwechselnde Rillen (24) und Ringwülste (26) aufweist, deren äußere Umhüllung etwas größer als die Einbauöffnung (14, 16) ist
3. Punktaußenleuchte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leuchtmittel (32) eine klare oder eingefärbte Glühlampe oder LED ist.
4. Punktaußenleuchte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei klarem Leuchtmittel (32) die durchsichtige oder durchscheinende glo­ ckenförmige Kuppel (30) klar oder eingefärbt ist.
